Residents of the 9th arrondissement benefit first from an exceptional cultural offer. Between the Museum of Romantic Life, which, as its name suggests, is dedicated to the Romantic period, the Gustave Moreau Museum, located in the painter's former studio, and the Grévin Wax Museum, where you can pose alongside more than 200 characters who made or are making history, you are bound to find a museum to suit your taste. Come also to admire the architecture of the Opera Garnier and the Trinity Church. You can also enjoy yourself in one of the many places of entertainment that make the district charming, such as the Folies Bergères, the Palace, the Grande Comédie, or the Olympia for music lovers.

As for fashion and luxury lovers, they will find their happiness in the department stores such as Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. Feast your eyes on the restaurants in the neighbourhood, the most significant number being in the Opéra and Grands Boulevards district. Finally, after dark, head to the trendy Pigalle district, where the famous Moulin Rouge cabaret dates back to the 19th century.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro stations, Barbès - Rochechouart and Anvers, are just a 5-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is about a 45-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
