Villa Luca is a wonderful 2-bedroom property with a private pool located in popular Pernera, just a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful Kalamies beach, and the many shops, bars and restaurants the area has to offer. The nearby coastal path beckons exploration, leading to picturesque destinations such as Ayia Triada, Kapparis and Protaras, unveiling more sandy coves and seaside delights along the way- everything essential for an extraordinary holiday right on your doorstep.

The Space:
The villa enjoys an inviting open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. Sink into comfort on the 2 sofas in the living space, while gazing out over the front patio, or perhaps kicking back with some TV. The fully equipped kitchen ensures a seamless stay, furnished with an oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and kettle, whilst the dining table, accommodating 6 guests, sets the stage for delightful in-villa dining. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor for added convenience.

There are 2 bedrooms, a double and twin room, accommodating 4 people, with the option to accommodate a 5th and 6th guest on the two single sofa beds in the lounge for a nominal charge of just €25 per person per night. The master bedroom boasts a balcony, providing an idyllic setting for a peaceful morning coffee. Both bedrooms share access to the family bathroom complete with a shower over the bath.
