Beautiful waterfront 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house on the North Beach in Current. Over 2500 sq ft of indoor and 1500 sq ft of outdoor living space with amazing ocean views. Travertine throughout house, modern granite chef inspired kitchen. Everything you need to cook up amazing meals. Outdoor living space includes hot tub, sauna, tv, outdoor kitchen, sun deck and outdoor fire pit. Perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or just relaxing with the sun and sea. Whole house 20kw diesel generator.
The space
Outdoor living is where it’s at in the Bahamas. Three decks overlooking the ocean! One 1500 sq ft covered deck for those raining days or to provide shade against the sun. One upper deck with four Adirondack chairs facing west for magical sunset cocktails and one lower deck with four lounge chairs, two Adirondack chairs and three umbrellas that is a few steps from your private beach.

Outdoor kitchen with two sinks, wine fridge, bbq, sit up bar, dining table, outdoor television and comfortable sectional with two additional chairs.

Your own private sauna, hot tub, two outdoor bathtubs and showers to easily rinse the salt water and sand from your sun kissed skin!

Later in the evening you can relax in front of your private outdoor fire pit while star gazing and listen to the gentle waves that lap up against your beach. (Please extinguish your fires completely before leaving the fire pit area.) There isn’t a fire department on Eleuthera.
Guest access
The entire main house and all outdoor living areas. The garage and guest suite above the garage are intended for use by the owners only. Owners will notify guests if they will be on-site for maintenance reasons.
Other things to note
We are on well water that is filtered before it is hit with UV lights to purify. Safe to drink, cook with, shower and brush your teeth; however a 5 gallon water cooler is provided for anyone that prefers bottled water.

There are two stand up paddle boards and paddles- please secure them after use and don’t leave them on the beach unattended due to the 3’ change in tides.

Located next to the outdoor tubs is a locker with 7 sets of snorkel gear including goggles, snorkels and fins of various sizes. Please rinse with fresh water after use. Large beach towels are located in a basket next to the outdoor tubs.

There are eight Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and two umbrellas that are located behind the outdoor sauna for your use on your beach or to take with you while exploring the island. Cooler bags and small Yeti cooler is located in the hall way closet.
