Sun shines through large balcony doors over the entire space, and together with tastefully picked details and bright tiled floors, creates a unique ambiance that will stay with you long after you leave. Cuddle up on the comfy sofas, or step onto the private balcony and marvel at the spectacular Gulf views while sipping your favorite drink.

The kitchen is decorated in bright tones and offers plenty of working areas with spacious countertops and stainless-steel cooking amenities. Grab some fresh ingredients and prepare delicious homemade meals for the whole group.
The dining table is conveniently nestled between the living room and kitchen, allowing you to serve and enjoy those tasty meals without missing a moment of fun! There's also the lovely kitchen bar from where you can watch the designated chef as they work their cooking magic.

Sleeping Arrangements - King Bedroom + Hallway Bunks
This is the most relaxing area of the condo. Here you will find the comfort needed to rest and relax after a fabulous day exploring the city and its exciting attractions. Get those precious hours of sleep; tomorrow is a new day! The hallway offers additional sleeping space with a comfy twin over twin bunk bed.That includes premium pillows, linens, and sheets

We have taken special care to design, furnish, and stock two full bathrooms with all essentials, so you don't have to worry about packing or buying your own.

Balcony
If you want to enjoy the beautiful outdoors but don't feel like leaving the condo, the private balcony accessible from the living room is a perfect place. Don't make any immediate plans, as the beauty of the views will make you lose track of time while hanging around the table and chairs that are provided!

If you arrive by car, you will have access to a parking garage across the street. There is a one time parking fee of $40 per vehicle for the duration of your stay. There is a breezeway located on the second floor that will give you the option to walk over the road with your luggage cart. However, if you would like to avoid driving during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home. If you arrive by plane there is typically plenty of transportation options waiting outside of baggage claim. You can also set up an Uber or Lyft as well.

COVID-19 Sanitation
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

No Pets Allowed
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

No Smoking Allowed
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

No Parties/Events
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
