1 car pass is $35.00, 2 - $50.00 + booking fee and processing fee (Price is subject to change without prior notice per HOA regulations). You are not allowed to park more than 2 vehicles at the property.
Trailers cost $100 per space; if a trailer takes up two spaces, it would cost $200. The office must approve all trailers before arrival—we will provide the office number upon request.

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 8 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and ejection.   VRC# 62374
