Things to Know
Washer and Dryers are located on the first floor next to the elevators. They are shared and coin-operated
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 7.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location but Needs Improvement in Areas

Overall we had a great stay, primarily due to location to the beach. We loved having gated parking area which seemed secure and easy access to restaurants in the area. The unit was clean so no issues there. The unit itself could use some better attention to details. We arrived and there was not one clothes hanger in the place nor any beach towels which were supposedly provided. We reached out to management but never received any resolution to either item. We ended up going to Walmart and buying clothes hangers (which we left there) and beach towels. We also had to buy wine glasses, a cork screw which I have never been in a vacation rental that did not have these...seemed odd to me. Probably the most irritating thing though was there was ONE chair on the balcony. I can't imagine that most of their rentals are not at least 2 people so why you would have one chair when clearly all of the other units have 2 is a bit bizarre. One of the best things about the location is sitting on the balcony and enjoying the beach and the breeze....but only one person can do so. The bed is not the most comfortable but that was minor to us as the location made up for it. Lastly, the oven door would not open due to being blocked by the dishwasher door so you could not use the oven at all, kind of a waste since we intentionally booked a unit with full kitchen. Overall it was positive but it could be so much better with a little more attention to details.

Horrible

The listing is not accurate. There is no king bed. I specifically booked the room for a king bed. The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on. We had to spend more money on a mattress topper just to be able to sleep on the bed. Vacsa did not offer us anything to make the bed more comfortable. The bedroom was loud. The ac was not working properly and would not turn off at all. It ran non stop four days. We informed vacasa immediately and they did nothing but give us the run around. Two days later they sent a service technician who said the building was feeding hot water running into the unit which is making the unit stay hot and not cool properly.. the technician stated “I’m surprised the whole building isn’t having issues.” The technician showed me the pressure readings on the gauges and told me to feel the hose which was extremely hot. Vacsa lied to me and said the vendor reported the unit was running properly and nothing was wrong with it. I called the vendor personally who told me they sent over a written report with their invoice explaining the high pressure and the high temperature. Vacasa Still refuses to do anything to remedy the situation. I asked to contact the owner and was denied. Do not book this location. You will be highly disappointed. This was not how we expected to spend our vacation. Vacasa is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. They do not put customer service at the top of their list. Lousy company and lousy stay at this place.

Nice Place For A Quick Stay

1. First and foremost, we come to PCB for the beaches and the relaxation that comes along with just being there. 2. The property has an excellent access to the beach and to the local area restaurants - sits right next to Pineapple Willy's, can't beat that. 3. This property was advertised / listed as having a "king size" bed, that definitely needs to be updated, the bed is a queen size bed at best. 4. Would need to mention on the listing that the washer / dryer is not in the unit itself but is a pay operated / shared washer / dryer units on the 1st floor. 5. Check in was relatively easy and so was the check out process.

Not as advertised

We enjoyed the location and its proximity to the beach and to pineapple Willy’s. We were very disappointed in our condo, the listing shows one queen size sofa sleeper and one king size bed. The sofa sleeper was fine, but the other bed was not a king. It was the most uncomfortable queen I’ve ever slept on. It was like laying on a boxspring with no mattress. There was no tv in the bedroom, and the tv in the living room was a tiny maybe 24” in tv. The space is very small, the kitchen was tiny, you can hardly open the fridge or the oven. The bottom rack in the fridge is broken, won’t hold anything without it sliding right out. For the price of the condo you can find something better.
