Inspire your creative juices while sitting on the living room's leather sofa, warmed by the heat of the gas fireplace. When hunger arises, the well-appointed kitchen displays granite countertops, high-end appliances, and a breakfast bar. Off this space, you will have access to a private washer/dryer.

As you explore the rest of Thai Palomino, you will quickly take notice of the continued artwork throughout and a remote work desk. A true haven of peace and rejuvenation, the primary bedroom is expansive and full of light. When you aren't enjoying the sun's warmth from the attached patio, sink into the jetted tub's bubbling warmth, or rinse off in the walk-in shower. Additional interior perks we love include central air-conditioning and internet access.

Outside, a true focal point of the condo is its brilliant pool and hot tub access. Surrounded by sweeping mountain views, this space awaits invigorating dips and late-afternoon sunbathing sessions. Pair your time spent outside with a barbecued meal, prepared on the private gas grill. Within five miles of Thai Palomino, enjoy exploring Ruth Hardy Park, Agua Caliente Casino, the Palm Springs Art Museum, and the Palm Springs Air Museum.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation home does not have mailbox access.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
