Tucked away in the quiet Vista Norte neighborhood minutes away from shopping, dining, and golf is Casa Escuela, your own piece of paradise in Palm Springs. Every detail of this home is tailored to provide guests with an unrivaled vacation experience. Beds: K, T, T, Q

Newly remodeled, the home is immaculately cared for inside and out. Outside, enjoy the resort-style amenities like a pool and spa flanked by comfortable chaise lounges, a fire feature with stylish seating, bocce ball court, and an outdoor dining area against a gorgeous mountain backdrop.

Inside, be blown away by the light-filled open living space with upscale, comfortable furnishings and unique art and decor. The clean sleek lines of the home are softened by rich textiles and warm wood accents, and the natural light streaming in through the glass walls gives the whole space an inviting radiance.

The three bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 on premium mattresses with luxury bedding. Perfect for a gathering of friends, a family getaway, or a romantic couples’ weekend, Casa Escuela combines amenities you’d find in an upscale resort with the comfort and peacefulness of a private home, all within a short drive of a multitude of Palm Springs attractions.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Boredoms will never be an issue when you see everything the private backyard offers guests. Lounge in the sun poolside on one of the comfortable and chic chaise lounges or laze the day away in a hammock, then cool off in the refreshing clear water of the fabulous pool.

Square off with friends on the Bocce ball court or challenge them to a game of cornhole. The outdoor dining table is the perfect spot for a lively meal under the stars and there's even a gas grill for al fresco cooking. All this, with native landscaping and majestic mountain views, makes it feel like your own piece of paradise.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This mid mod beauty is all about style and comfort. From buttery smooth leather couches perfectly set up for conversation and the occasional movie marathon on the smart TV, to rich boho textiles, you’ll immediately feel at home and oh, so cozy.

Warm wood furnishings and accents mix with eclectic art and clean lines to give a chic and funky vibe to the space. And it’s all awash in bright natural light thanks to massive glass walls that offer views to the backyard and beyond.

The open living, dining, and kitchen area make gathering with your group fun and easy, but there are plenty of spots to have alone time as well. The updated kitchen features a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances ready to carry out your culinary whims.

Whether a meal for a crowd or a late night snack for two, it’s got you covered. There are plenty of options when it comes to dining, but we love the formal dining set that seats 6 in the dining area with striking art and light fixtures.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each bedroom features premium mattresses with luxury bedding, tons of clothing storage, and a flat-screen TV. Retire to the primary king suite where you’ll find muted relaxing colors, direct access to the pool area, and an ensuite bath.

Bedroom two has two twins that easily convert to a king for added flexibility, as well as access to the pool area. Bedroom three offers a queen bed. The second bathroom is easily accessible to the two guest bedrooms.

THE LOCATION
Vista Norte is a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by mountains and is just a quick drive to the dining, shops, and art galleries of Palm Springs. Nearby Palm Canyon Drive is a busy strip of restaurants of every taste, museums, and theaters. Vista Norte offers grocery stores, coffee shops, and Victoria Park, which has a great playground for the kiddos to get their wiggles out.

Amazing house in beautiful Palm Springs

The house was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a family of 4. My kids spent so much time in the pool and the beautiful backyard. Great location, close to restaurants and downtown area. Rental company was so helpful and communicative.

Casa Escuela

Had a wonderful stay at this property in Racquet Club. Great location to parks, downtown Palm Springs, hiking and golf. Sunny backyard pool and hot tub area were the highlight. House was comfortable and more than adequate but showing age. We missed the fun Palm Springs decor and bright colors. We stayed for 5 weeks and partially lived out of our suitcases as there are NO dressers or shelves and not even a closet in the master bedroom. All that being said, we would rent here again.

Overall great experience.The place is clean with great location. It was peaceful. Pool was heated but there were some glitches with the system so intervention was needed. Pool temperature was never comfortable to me. Pool was never cleaned during my six day stay. I would still recommend Casa Escuela to others

Desert Oasis

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Escuela with four adults and two children for the week. It is the perfect location and the house itself is just perfect. My kids could not get enough of the pool and spa, and we loved playing bocce and sitting outdoors at all hours of the day. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shop. Downtown Palm Springs is a very short and easy drive away. The interior of the house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Everything was very clean as well. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely return again!

very disappointing experience

Amenities such as the hot tub and Amazon Fire Stick for the TV did not work and required a visit from a service technician. The last evening of our stay the propane valve for the firepit was stuck (two males even tried using a mallet to pry open the valve)... one more amenity that was problematic/unusable. I reached out to Acme House Company detailing the play-by-play issues on 01.30.24. On 02.01.24 they called me with an offer for a $150 credit for a future Acme rental. I advised that this was not sufficient, and the representative advised that they would speak to management and call me back -- I never received a return call. I would not rent an Acme property again given this experience. And as far as the house it has a lovely backyard, but the amenity issues and lack of basics (e.g. tissues, dish sponge and containers to store leftovers) made this rental less than ideal.

Wonderful thanksgiving with family

Great communication, very clean and lovely touches for pet lovers. The Backyard was beautiful and we played bocci ball for hours. We used the grill and kitchen, which was well stocked. Definitely recommend!

Relaxing vacation

The house was the perfect size for our family of 4. The home was very clean and had plenty of amenities. The yard was spacious and we loved it. At time it was very windy which is common for the North side of Palm Springs. We love to walk to downtown and it was a bit far for us. Overall a beautiful home and a relaxing vacation. We will be back!

Great Family Fun Location

We've stayed at Casa Escuela twice now. We highly recommend both the property, and the property management company. They are extremely attentive, made sure everything was completely dialed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is well-location and provisioned. We had three adults and three kiddos between 7-11 years old. The pool and hot tub are lovely, and the home is easy-access to great Palm Springs activities, restaurants, shopping, hiking/running, and architecture-strolling. We'll be staying here again for sure!

Awesome Backyard and Gorgeous Home!

Property exactly as it appears in photos. The home is located on a semi-busy street and in the flight path of Palm Springs airport. There is some street noice from the front 2 bedrooms, but nothing too distracting. The planes are noticeable but not a deal breaker. The attention to detail was beyond my expectations. The decor and design are relaxing and well thought out. Every kitchen amenity you could imagine. Be prepared to be WOWED by the backyard, the view, lounge chairs with fluffy pads, and numerous areas to relax. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice place

Overall it was a good experience. There were some issues at the beginning of our trip. Check in was easy. Some issues were spa was not heating and most jets were not working. A quick text and the next day they came to repair it. Toaster didn't work and an outlet was out of the wall. Texted again and they came the same day to repair the issue. They also replaced the toaster. Pool has black algae growing which that was never cleaned up. According to pool company it was being treated but working with pool company myself I called my tech and they had told me they needed to treat it and scrub it off with something else other then chlorine. This was never done it they did come clean the pool. One night we wanted to go night swimming and there were hundreds of bugs in the pool. I texted them and they came the next day to clean it and treat it. The house is nice looks like the pictures. Rooms are nice and big. AC in the rooms rooms work great. The livingroom feels a bit warmer ut better then outside. Beds are ok. Outside is great plenty of room. We took our dog and he loved going outside to run. The outside shower is great to rinse off the pool water. Overall we had a great time the 12 days we were there. Communication is great with the rental company and they really try to help you.

Palm Springs Paradise

This home is beautiful, clean and very well done. It has every kitchen gadget you can imagine. The backyard is huge. Lots of outdoor areas to relax;; pool, spa, firepit, corn hole, egg chairs, and hammocks. The beds are super comfy. The decor is mid century modern and boho.The decor is done extremely well. Be advised due to a Palm Springs ordinance you are not allowed to play any music outside and must keep noise to a minimum. This is not a house to party at but to relax. We were fine with that. Great location to downtown Palm Springs.

Successful Girls Trip

Clean, easy to check in with coded door, looks just like listing, good water pressure, delightful pool with 4 floats, spacious kitchen, great outdoor seating. Down sides were the amount of mirrors; 6 girls in a house, we definitely would have loved a mirror in each room. Management was very clear about no outdoor music after booking but would have liked to know about city ordinance before booking. We weren't trying to jam out or be disrespectful but some chill music by the pool during the day would've really helped set the vibe. Based on the aggressively worded signs all over the house we were too scared to even listen on low volume for fear of eviction. Honestly it was a huge buzz kill. I understand it's a city ordinance but not sure if all rentals in the city are as strict as this or not. Also wish we could have used the hot tub as an actual hot tub but it's not heated and you need a pass code to turn the heat on. Overall, though, really nice place. Close to everything. Walkable to a fair amount and super quick Uber to everything else, including airport . Awesome, well stocked Albertsons just a few minutes walk away. Last day, middle of the night we had issues with one of the individual room air conditioners and the after hours people were super responsive! Oh! And they do have 2 hair dryers which was nice. So two thumbs up but 4 stars based on the "hot"tub and extreme eviction threats for use of outdoor music (people deserve a warning before eviction).

Coachella Birthday

We spent 6 nights at the Casa Escuela for Coachella and Birthday celebration. The pool was one of the biggest we’ve ever had, which was great to hang out in before Coachella. The house was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. The bedrooms all had automatic shades which is a nice touch for the lazy. Each bedroom also had its own AC unit which you don’t find often in PS, and on hot summer nights you’ll be grateful for it.

Beautiful home & backyard views

We really enjoyed our stay here despite a couple minor issues that the management company was quick to respond to. The home is beautiful, comfortable & well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen well equipped for our Thanksgiving stay. The highlight was the backyard despite issues with the pool heating which could not be resolved during our stay. The management company did come twice to address the issue, but we continued to experience inconsistent heating throughout and lower half of the pool several degrees colder. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the home and our stay.

Can't wait to go back - the perfect stay!

We absolutely loved everything about this property. The pictures are lovely but it's even better in person! It was the perfect stay for myself, my husband, our 2 year old son, my mother-in-law, aunt and her best friend. There were a lot of great little touches that ACME does for their arrivals that I thought were so thoughtful. Our location was amazing - just a couple minutes from downtown. The views, house layout and decor were all perfect. We absolutely can't wait to stay there again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Casa Escuela! The garbage disposal went out on day 2 and the rental company responded very quickly and sent someone out to replace it the following morning, first thing. The house was very clean, everything else besides the garbage disposal worked wonderfully, and we had a great time.
