The JW Marriott hotel lobby features an impressive towering, open air atrium where waterfalls cascade down to the resort's extensive waterways. The lobby also features a 60-foot sushi bar, a lounge area with comfortable sofa-type seating, and a new Starbucks.

At the JW Marriott, a gondola can transport your party of one of four specialty restaurants (Seafood, American, Californian, or Japanese). The hotel also has a poolside restaurant for lunch only (a small combo plays live music on the weekends), 2 lounges, and a night club.
