Dette vakre nye hjemmet og samfunnet ligger innen 10 minutters kjøretur til Disney-parkene og bare noen få minutter fra shopping.
Huset har 3 stueområder, så god plass for hele familien.
Det romslige oppgraderte kjøkkenet er fullt utstyrt for matlaging av hjemmelagde måltider. Kjøkkenet er åpen, og du kan se hele veien til bassenget gjennom skyvedører uteplassene i stuen.
Rommene er veldig komfortable, og det er TV i alle rom.
Bassengområdet er fantastisk til frokost, slappe av eller grille. Våre private bassenger kan varmes opp på forespørsel for 30 $ per dag minimum 3 dager og må forespørres minst 3 dager før ankomst. Kom og ta en kokk ut med rengjøringsgebyret for grill for et opphold på hele 50 dollar. Vær oppmerksom på at alle tilleggsutgifter eller tilleggsavgifter må betales før ankomst.

Nice place, needs some TLC

Nice house, nice neighborhood and great facilities on site. The house is in need of some TLC, but it is for sale so maybe that is why. The pool table was broken and not level. The air hockey table wouldn’t work either. Pool was great. Overall a nice stay, just not the best we have ever had.

The house was decent, the pictures are accurate. A few hiccups- back sliding door did not lock, couldn’t find ping pong balls and AC was leaking on arrival. They did get someone out there to fix it’s right away which was nice. Carpets could use a cleaning but everything else was clean. Pool area was very nice and a short ten minute walk. the community pool had lots of activities and a DJ.

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay at the property. When you arrive at the entrance you are directed to the resort. At the resort you check-in and are provided with parking passes for your vehicle and you have the option to pay to use the resort facilities during your stay. The house was as pictured. It had some wear and tear as you would expect with a rental property. It was very bright, open and welcoming. The front room has plenty of seating and the kids loved the chess board. The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay with a wide range of supplies to cook. All the bedrooms were nice. We did have a slight inconvenience with the TV in the King Bedroom. After connecting a disconnected cord from the wall we were able to get it to work, but the remote did not. We notified the host so this can be fixed for future guests. The pool was a great space. The kids spent a ton of time there. It had a table that we enjoyed meals at and a couple of lounge chairs to enjoy the sun. If you plan to use the resort pool get there early! The lounge chairs get claimed quickly & you are left with no where to put your things. Don't forget to bring your own beach towels. The resort slide had a minimum height requirement and our youngest was disappoint he couldn't use it. The lazy river was closed 1 of the days we went to the resort. Location is good if you plan to visit the parks or a trip to the gulf coast is only a couple hours. Overall, a great place for a family vacation. Book the trip!

Beautiful Home and Community!

Our experience was awesome! House was better than we could imagine. Just want to leave some info here for future guests. We asked for the heated pool. Was wonderful!! Made night swimming nice! On each bed you will find a bag with a beach towel, a bath towel, and a fingertip towel. We brought our own wash cloths. The downstairs bedroom closet has a stroller, pack-n-play and a high chair. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cook ware. Make sure to kpen all cabinets to see what is provided. The coffee pot is a drip coffee maker. There is a Walmart about 15 minutes away. We found a Publix 8 minutes away. I woukd say 90% of our Publix purchase was buy 1 get 1 free. Very happy with Publix. You will want to purchase toilet paper while you are there. And trash bags. The trash is picked up daily from a box on your front porch. The clubhouse was such an added bonus! There is not much parking at the clubhouse. Most houses are in walking distance however. It was a 5 minute walk to the clubhouse. The food there very good. Would reccomend the shrimp tacos! The drive to Disney was 23 minutes. I hope this is helpful if you are planning a stay. I searched many places before making my decision and this home and community had everything and more. We hope to return next year!!!! You will not be dissapointed!!!

Wonderful Place and Accurate Listing

The house is just what you see in the pictures! Even better in person ❣️❣️ More than enough space and room for all of us and it was 17 of us . My sister has a four month old and it even had everything she needed in a nice room downstairs for her . The pool is great as well . Just overall No complaints about Anything . You will be very happy with this property 🥰

Absolutely stunning home!

This home was spacious and beautiful. It had all amenities and everything in the home to stay with a large extended family. Communication with the property manager was great and very quick with responses. The pool was lovely and warm upon request. When we arrived I noticed a couple small holes in screen surrounding the lanai. Within a day of notification, the property had a crew come out and fix it. Very impressed!

Great Stay, with a Few Things to Consider

Our family just wrapped up a stay over Thanksgiving. We were a mixed group of mostly adults and a few younger children. Overall the home was huge! The pictures certainly do not do it justice, and having multiple living areas for our large group to spread out was really helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner with no trouble. Be aware though that you must provide all of your own non-reusable items, including coffee filters, any plastic wrap/foil, etc. We were provided with two rolls of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and a few kitchen trash bags, but this was used quickly. Not a big deal by any means, but something that is important to note for others who are planning a stay. The home was very clean overall, but the bathrooms could have done with a bit more scrubbing, especially the showers. The linens were clean (though there weren't a ton of them and we did have to wash towels often), and the living areas and kitchen were also very clean. The house was well-kept but showed definite signs of being well-loved, including some worn-down furniture. Not anything major, but just something to be aware of beforehand. During our stay we opted to pay to have the pool heated. It took almost a full day for it to reach the maximum temperature, and it really wasn't very warm after that. For anyone considering having the pool heated it may be better to save your money and use the community pool, which was gigantic, and extremely well-heated. We opted to use the community pool most days since the pool at the house was a little chilly for us, even with the heat. Luciana, the property manager, was very easy to communicate with. She responded to emails promptly and provided a great deal of information. She was kind and never made me feel as though I was bothering her. Overall: - House is very large and provides ample space for large groups - Check-in was easy and we appreciated that the door used a numerical keypad, so we didn't have to worry about getting locked out - Daily trash service meant we could keep the home tidy - Furniture was very comfy, especially the beds - The Solterra Resort had an amazing community pool and lazy river.... go there! - Be sure to pack extra towels, and grab coffee filters, trash bags, and paper products on your way, just as a precaution Our family would stay again, but there were just a few things to note, which is why I gave 4 stars.

This house is a beautiful home! Unfortunately the stay was terrible! The first night we woke up in sweats because the air conditioning wasn’t working! The housing management sent someone to fix it but they couldn’t because they had to order a piece!!! And we were there for 6 days! The guy that came to fix it said the person who stayed before us was complaining about the air also so that means it’s been that way and they knew it!!!The next day we came down stairs to cook breakfast and the kitchen was flooded! The sink was leaking and they had to come In and replace the whole entire sink and he was there for about 2 hours. I’m not sure how long the sink was leaking but the house smelled of mold! The WiFi signal is so weak n you get no phone service! And the refrigerator and freezer isn’t cold so everything you buy will go bad!!!!! And they also had to come and replace the lightbulbs in the bathroom 3 days after I told them it wasn’t any light in there!!!! I asked will I be compensated in any way and I never got a response! Choose wisely!!!!
