Fantastic

Pros..We stayed for 3 weeks. It was exactly as pictures showed. Beds very comfortable villa was beautiful and felt homely. In a nice community and just a walk away from the retret pool so great for the children. Entry into villa was easy and any question i had leading upto our stay were answered within a good time frame. Cons... specially for me due to our longer stay was the hover didn't work and broom needs replacing, not enough coat hangers and didn't find spare towels untill 2 weeks into our stay, so may be better putting them in master bathroom. Theses cons did not effect our stay in any way. I must say all villas are in close proximity to neighbours which is normal, but one of our neighbours which is also a rental has a sound system outside. We did have a few nights of loud music into the early hours due to a weekend rental so sitting outside wasn't great but couldn't be heard in the house. This is obviously no fault of the rental and just down to inconsiderate people. All in all we had a fantastic holiday in a fabulous villa that we looked forward to going back to after long days out.

Issues Resolved but at a Cost of a Peaceful Time

Rating for VRBO listing-Luxury 6 Bedroom 6 bath pool Home 242. POOR! Champion Gate security is overworked which showed in the attitude of one officer during our stay. Arrived after the requested time of check in to find housekeeping still working/inspecting the home. Numerous issues arose during the first few hours of arrival including the security officer's attitude, an open and unclean home, VERY dirty floors, several beds and linens not refreshed nor replenished, and most specifically an electrical issue with the home. The complications combined made it necessary to move and around midnight, after numerous calls management did uphold our request and relocated us to another home in the same community. However, there were concerns with the 2nd home which made our stay less than enjoyable. The Host did attempt to provide an alternate home, sufficient to our needs with the 2nd home being extremely clean, well laid out and very comfortable. The previous guest though has caused damage to the home which the Host will need to address and will take some effort to eliminate. We give the 2nd home a wonderful rating in cleanliness and comfort, outside of the previous damages. We'd give the Host a fair rating in their attempt to settle the problems we encountered but would stress-please update and provide helpful contact numbers for TRUE afterhours emergencies. Contact numbers of staff who can make management decisions, as well as trained/certified staff to cover maintenance needs.

Good holiday villa

This is a lovely property with good size bedrooms, we were a group of 7 and had more than enough space. We didn't use the resort facilities because we were too busy out and about. Pool area could do with a refresh but didn't spoil our stay. The property is quite far from Disney parks, when we've visited before we've been a lot closer...this villa is about 35 minute drive and approx $25 one way in a cab. Would definitely recommend this place if you don't want to be in the centre of everything.

Issues at gate entrance

Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the prevalent discrimination and the difficulties faced by certain individuals seeking access. One of the most concerning aspects I noticed was the apparent discrimination exercised by the security personnel stationed at the community gate entrance. It became evident that they were selectively targeting individuals based on factors such as their appearance, socio-economic background, or ethnicity. This form of discrimination is not only morally wrong but also undermines the principles of equality and fairness that should be upheld in a community setting. The discriminatory practices were particularly distressing as they resulted in certain individuals being subjected to unnecessary scrutiny and obstacles when attempting to enter the community. This created an unwelcoming environment and made it clear that not all guest were treated with the same respect and dignity. It is important for any community to prioritize the safety and security of its residents, but this should be done without prejudice or bias. Security measures should be applied uniformly, ensuring that all individuals are treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of their background or appearance. I would think for the cost of my 2 day stay I wouldn’t e have to run into these issues but I did!

As advertised. Very clean

The house was overall very nice. It did take some time finding the extra towels. Most all of the bathrooms with the exception of 1 didn’t have washcloths and we had to hunt for them. I was also told that there was early check in available and my card would be charged which I agreed to. I was then told the next day when I reached out for another gate pass that there was no early check in. I sent a screenshot of the conversation where I was told it was available and never heard a word back about it. Mind you, this was the morning we were supposed to arrive. Lack of communication there was disappointing. Also, the Wi-Fi was very spotty downstairs and we couldn’t even get the cable to load at all in the living room.

Great Place, Near Everything

Perfect setup for our family of 6, plus our dog. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms which is a rarity for us. Great pool and hot tub setup as well...look forward to a return trip in the future.

Roomy and Simple

This is a beautiful home. They thought of the smaller things one would forget. Our overall stay was nice. The simplicity of the home made it very easy for family fun. The description showed two bedtooms downstairs but there was only one bedroom downstairs and it was not the Master Bedroom. There was only one patio chair to the table outside. We asked for the other three chairs but we did not receive the chairs as requested. Outside of that, we were all very comfortable.
