The Space:

Set within Encantada Resort, this townhouse blends imagination with everyday ease, just a short drive from world-famous attractions.



The home

This entire townhouse offers room to spread out across a welcoming layout with a living area that’s easy to gather in after long days out. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round, and an indoor fireplace adds a cozy touch for quieter nights in. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience, making longer stays simple and stress-free.



Sleeping arrangements

All bedrooms are located upstairs and thoughtfully themed. The private king master includes a shower ensuite for added privacy. One bedroom features two twin beds, while another offers a queen bed, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests. Bed linens and bedroom essentials are provided so you can settle in right away.



Bathrooms

The home includes multiple bathrooms, with a combination of shower and bathtub options, along with bathroom essentials for your stay.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. With ample space and stainless steel appliances, it’s easy to cook, serve, and enjoy meals together. The dishwasher helps make cleanup easy, leaving more time to relax.



Outdoor and resort amenities

Step outside to enjoy a patio or balcony area, complete with a BBQ grill for casual outdoor meals. The resort setting provides access to shared pools, a fitness center, playground, and walking paths around the lake. A hot tub is also available at the property, offering a relaxing way to end the day. Pool loungers and open outdoor areas invite you to enjoy the Florida climate at your own pace.



Location and access

Encantada Resort is a gated community with 24-hour security, helping you feel at ease from arrival to departure. Free parking is available on the premises, with space for up to two vehicles near the home. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival simple. Exterior security cameras are present at the front door and near the screened outdoor area for safety. Free access to community amenity center/clubhouse



Whether you’re planning park-filled days or slower mornings close to home, this Kissimmee townhouse offers a comfortable base for making memories together.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking area in front of the property. Spaces are not assigned, first come, first serve.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a Ring camera by the front door and a camera on the back in the screened area, this cameras are not intended to record our guest but installed for security purposes.
