This experience has been very disappointing from the initial confirmation and booking, to the entry into the premises.
• There was a clear cut misrepresentation of the location of the home. The actual location was further from the Disney Parks then what was displayed online.
Housekeeping was just starting to clean house upon arrival at 3:45pm, with check-in at 4;00pm
The house has 2 HVAC's systems. The AC was not working downstairs, when we entered the house it was over 89*. The Thermostat downstairs was not even working,w which was conveyed to us by Maintenance.
Garbage cans in front of the house were overflowing with trash all over driveway.
The Game room audio was not functioning, with a letter from maintenance department dated 14 April, saying they could not get into the house to address the issue. It took us 60 minutes to fix the audio portion if the4 sound-system..
The fans downstairs were another issue. The fan in the downstairs bedroom blew dust all over the bedroom when we engaged it. . Clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time
The blinds going out to the pool were missing over 20 blades and would not open or close, as they were missing the string to open and close
The pool was full of leaves, clearly indicating no one had cleaned the pool prior to our arrival
Everything about this house was misrepresented, I would have been better off getting rooms on Dsney site.
