This expansive 10-bedroom, 7-bathroom single-family villa at Windsor Cay Resort comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests, making it the perfect choice for large families or groups looking for both luxury and fun. On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with 2 Queen beds, conveniently located with a bathroom just outside the room. Also on the first floor is the Master King suite, offering a luxurious retreat with plenty of space for relaxation. Upstairs, you'll find a range of beautifully themed bedrooms. The Princess-themed room features a bunk bed with two twin beds (suite), perfect for younger guests. Next, there’s a Queen suite, followed by a King suite for added comfort. The villa also includes a Mickey-themed room with a bunk bed (twin/twin), which shares a bathroom with the Heroes room that has a bunk bed (queen/queen). Additional King suites include a King suite with plenty of space, along with a Toy Story-themed room featuring a bunk bed with two twin beds. The Toy Story room shares a bathroom with the last King bedroom, making this setup ideal for larger groups. The villa also features a Mario game room to keep the fun going, and a spacious pool area for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. - SMOKING (any time of cigarette in the house). The house has external areas with balcony and pool area outside where the guest is allowed to smoke, however there will be a fine of U$250.00 if you smoke inside the house)

NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $45per day.
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.
