Dishes in cupboard were not clean. Top oven was out of order. Refrigerator water filter needed changing. LR furniture was “worn out” and not supportive. Needs renovation and deep cleaning. Great view but not worth the rental based on unit deficiencies.

Kitchen has lots of supplies to cook with but only had 1 kitchen towel. We needed more for how long we stayed. Upon arriving there was pasta sauce splattered on the kitchen cabinets. The floors need mopped - walking on them leaves the bottom of your feet black and filthy, even after sweeping.

The condo was very spacious and provided beautiful views! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of linens and bath towels. The swimming pool areas were very nice and enjoyable! We elected early check in due to constraints of pick up time of grocery store; this fee seems extraordinarily expensive. The kitchen did have a wide variety of items, plenty of cookware-however we gifted the condo with a knife sharpener; not sure if any “sharp” knife would cut butter. I washed several items before using because they were obviously dirty. Unfortunately, I also gifted the condo with my Tupperware bowl with the pourable spout (no way to prove it was mine.) Two of elevators were out of order, so for the first several days there was extraordinary wait time. Appreciate the putters in the condo; couldn’t play putt putt because there weren’t any balls.

Spacious Condo

We enjoyed our stay. This was our first time not staying directly on the beach and did not enjoy traveling to the beach however if you are not accustomed to that luxury that may not be an issue. There is not a keypad for entry so keep that in mind if you have a crew as we did. The condo had plenty of space for the 11 of us and the amenities were great. Pool areas are very nice and the elevators were quick. Overall great place to stay.

Great time with large family.

We loved the place!!! Everything about it was so nice. Tastefully furnished and comfortable. Beach access was close and millions of shells for the little ones to collect. Pools were perfect and so much fun fir all ages!! Fully equipped kitchen, we only ate out a couple of times and had great meals at the condo. Best part for me was the view and I loved rising early for the sunrises!! Fabulous! I’m thinking new laminate floors and maybe an adjustment time to determine effective cleaning. A little , what we call “Winn Dixie Feet” after walking barefoot. No biggie, sure they will figure it out.

Family Vacation 2023

This Condo was Awesome. It was Beautiful and had great views from the Balcony. And lots of places to sit. The Lazy River was perfect for lounging in and the kids had the best time with all the pools and slides that the resort offer. We also used the putt-putt course while we were there, you just need to remember to get your clubs before the registration desk closes for the night. The Caribe really does have a lot to offer for all ages to have a great time. We cooked every night and there was plenty of pots & pans for whatever we needed. We like the fact we had an ice maker and a wine cooler in the condo. We not only kept a few bottles of wine cold but use to keep several bottles of water cold. We did not have any trouble with parking the 5 different cars. The bedrooms are very spacious and far enough apart we did not hear the two babies cry at night. We had no problems or complaints at all but knew we could call Pam or John and they would take care of us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. I am sure we will return next year.

Great place to stay.

I highly recommend this unit at Caribe. Everything was top notch!! The view of the bay and ocean, lazy river, great pools, and ample parking. We had 5 vehicles and were all able to park in parking deck. I suggest driving across the street and paying to park if you have a heavy load to take to the beach. Take the trolley if you have a light load to carry, not a bad walk at all. The host were great. We had one issue (which was our fault) and they had maintenance up within a hour or so. Great place for your family. Our ages were from 64 to 18mo. and we all had a great vacation.

Family Vacation 23’

We had the Best time ever!! the Condo was Awesome !! It was Beautiful & so clean. We had the Best views from the Balcony. And lots of places to sit. We had 14 people in our group & there was plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable.. My son has a 5 month old & he was worried about the baby crying and waking everyone up .. but the rooms are spaced far enough away from each other. I never heard the baby .. We cooked often and there was plenty of pots & pans for whatever we needed . It was Awesome they had an ice machine that was so handy and always full of ice. The Lazy River opened the day after we arrived.. There is so much to do at Caribe & the condo is in the perfect place it’s right when you get off the elevator.. The parking for this condo is in a great spot, not to much walking and carrying in stuff. They have little roller carts you can put all your stuff on and roll right in. There were nice couches in the Living room .They looked Brand new, and big flat screen TV’s . It was just so nice . It felt like home . I also knew if I had any problems.. I could call Pam or John & they would take care of it .we had no problems or complaints at all. there was an emergency reported to Caribe, so they had to evacuate. The alarms & lights in this Condo work great .They are very loud and a light blinks on & off & you can hear all of the instructions. We had to use the stairs & they are right there. So we felt safe! Can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you! Fabulous!!!

Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of 11 people. The bedrooms were well separated and it was great that each room had its own bathroom. All of the amenities of the Caribe resort were an asset and we used all of the pools and the putt-putt course. The lazy River was under construction but it will be awesome when it is finished. The check-in process was simple. We had fire alarms go off twice and had to evacuate the building. Climbing down 8 flights of stairs was not for the faint of heart. The beach access was across the street and was easy to drive to with all of our gear. I would recommend this VRBO to my friends and family.

Property was spacious clean and had fantastic views. Plenty of Kitchenware, spoons, dishes, glasses and a crockpot. Nice bar area with wine cooler, and ice maker. Location of bedrooms spaced out, given a sense of privacy for each one. Plenty of balcony furniture with picnic table and chairs for outside dining. Wonderful stay.

Wedding Weekend Stay

My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding and then my husband and I stayed for the next few days. The view is amazing and condo is beautiful! the lazy river is under construction but there are plenty of other pools and amenities to use during your stay. This place would be perfect for family and friends traveling with children!

Amazing!!

We had the best experience with this rental. The pictures do not do it justice. The out door patio is huge and the Caribe campus offers it all. Everything was so smooth. We had 11 and felt like we had more than enough space. Easy walk to the bay and the ocean. John and Pam were tremendous hosts. Highly recommend!
