This spacious five-bedroom retreat offers plenty of room for your group to spread out for individual activities, then come together for meals (such as low country crab boil), games, movies, and unforgettable moments. Numerous windows on the harbor side provide a stunning backdrop for everything from intimate breakfasts to lively family reunions.

Catch up with your friends and family, enjoying conversations on the deck or lawn as the kids have plenty of space to run, play and explore on 2.5 acres. Spend the evening gathered around the fire pit, or take advantage of the provided cornhole boards, crab traps, nets, fishing poles, and other outdoor gear for endless entertainment.
Our family loves to cook, so we’ve made sure the kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need to feed a crowd. Designed with the home chef in mind, it features a Boos block, crab pots, high-quality cookware, casserole dishes, and a full range of utensils. Small appliances like a hand mixer, hand blender, and food processor—plus more listed in the amenities—make it a breeze to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends.

Take a leisurely stroll down your private pier to the dock and boat lift, where you can cast a line, set crab traps, or simply bask in the warm coastal sunshine. Dock your boat here for effortless access to Winter Harbor’s scenic waterways, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and other water adventures. For those seeking world-class fishing, set out into the Chesapeake Bay, where unforgettable angling experiences await! Anglers will be delighted to know that prime fishing season stretches from March through December, with targeted species available even in winter.

For those craving a more immersive water experience, grab one of the provided kayaks and paddle through the harbor, where you’ll encounter the abundant beauty and wildlife this region is known for.
