This spacious 3,000 sq ft coastal retreat is just a short walk to the beach and offers everything you need for a luxurious stay. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and stylish beach-chic décor, it’s the perfect home for your getaway.

Enjoy cooking in a modern kitchen featuring granite counters, European wood cabinetry, and professional appliances. Fully stocked with a dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, and all the cookware you’ll need.

Additional House Rules:
Must be 25 years old in order to book a stay.

No sand inside the home- Please Rinse off before you enter. Sand will result in an extra cleaning fee.

Quiet Hours after 10pm

No unregistered overnight guests.

Please make sure to return garage opener back on kitchen Island. Any missing garage openers at the end of stay will result in a $150 replacement fee.

Special Note:
Please do not move any of the furniture in the home around during your stay.

There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
