The kitchen comes fully equipped and the stainless steel appliances offer you all you will need to prepare meals for the family.


The Bayside at Bethany Lakes community offers a large clubhouse with an indoor pool and game room, and outside you'll find a large outdoor seasonal pool that overlooks the bay as well as tennis courts and a playground. Don't forget to get in a round of golf. Salt Pond Public Golf course is less than a mile away.

Things to Know
For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a Resort Fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is $45 per person per week OR $25 per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 - May 14 is $30 per person per week or $20 per person for 3 days or less. Guests must return the key FOB to the check in office or guests will be charged for replacement.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
