Yellow Gums by the Beach- Ocean Grove

Our spacious custom built home is set on over half an acre of beautiful landscaped grounds spotted with wonderful yellow gums. The yard boasts a large, solar- heated pool, firepit, basketball court, skate ramp and playground for the kids.
Our home is situated a short drive, walk or bike ride to the main street of Ocean Grove where you will find trendy bars, cafes and shops.
Only a short distance further you will find the Main Beach of Ocean Grove.

Our home is perfect for families with a large pool, playground containing swings, monkey bars, ample room to run around and play, and a second lounge for some quite time away from the adults.
Outside also boasts a large firepit area, BBQ, outdoor TV, outdoor speakers for music, a basketball court, bocce, footy goals and outdoor shower for when you return sandy from the beach.
Inside, you will find a spacious home with two living areas, large kitchen, and spa bath.
Enjoy the array of birds and the peaceful surroundings whist only being a short distance from the main street of Ocean Grove, the beach and Adventure Park!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house excluding the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the popular beach side town of Ocean Grove in the prestigious Yellow Gums Estate.

Our home is a 15-20 minute walk to the main street of Ocean Grove where you will find trendy Cafes. Bars and shops. Add another 5-10 minutes walk and you are at the patrolled surf beach. To drive, you would find yourself at the main street in 2 minutes and the beach in 5 minutes.
We are also located a short 5 minute drive to the popular Adventure Park-a fantastic day and highly recommended.

A 5-10 minute drive will find you in the beautiful town of Barwon Heads or 13th Beach (surf break) and 10 minutes to the historic town of Queenscliff.

Torquay and Geelong are a short 30 minute drive.

If you are bringing bikes, you can easily ride to the shops, beach and Barwon Heads and there are great local bike tracks.

Ocean Grove is also home to many great parks, an aquatic centre with indoor waterslides, gyms, beach, river (where you can enjoy activities such as paddle boarding), golf, fishing and surrounding towns boast amazing wineries.

Getting Around:
A car would be the best way to see all that the Bellarine Peninsula had to offer.
Public transport - you will find buses between Ocean Grove and Geelong.
You will easily find an uber or taxi.
You can definitely walk or ride to the shops and beach.
