****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

The unit features laminate flooring and is nicely furnished throughout. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. There is huge flat screen TV in the living room along with flat screen TV's in both bedrooms. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and Wi-Fi is available for those of you who must "stay connected" while you are away.

Located on 110th street, the Capri is known for all of it's amazing amenities. You will be your kid's hero when the see the huge indoor pool, large game room with a basketball court, ping-pong table, pool table, air hockey and of course video games! You'll love the tennis courts, workout center and the relaxation of sitting in the sauna! There is a large beach right in front of the hotel and is close to the lifeguard stand and beach rentals. There is no shortage of activities in the area, such as a water park, go carts, miniature golf, jet skis, movie theatres and some of the best restaurants in Ocean City!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

The condo was just as listed! Very nice, updated and clean. It’s great to have the view of the ocean and down coastal highway! The check in process was easy, the only complaint we had was with the building office; we asked for an additional parking spot to pay for but the gentleman working at the front office said we were not allowed to have an additional spot. The entire time we were there, there were atleast 30 open spots the entire weekend. Other than that, it was a great stay. We would definitely return!

This place was the perfect size for our family. My two 4 year olds slept in the twin beds, and my 3 month olds bassinet fit nicely in the master with my husband and I. The balcony has a nice view of the ocean. Having the indoor pool was a big plus for us. It happened to be windy, and the ocean was too choppy for my toddlers, the pool was a great option for them to still swim. When we did go to the beach, the buildings walkout was very convenient. Overall, a good place to stay. Would definitely consider it again if we go back.

My family really enjoyed this property. It was exactly as described and pictured. Everything worked - e.g., lights, TVs, coffeemaker, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Parking was convenient. We loved the property amenities, the pool being my four year old's favorite. Also loved that it was located conveniently on Ocean Parkway and a short drive to the main boardwalk area. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

The trip was great. We have stayed at the Capri 14-15 times at several different units over the years. The room and unit allows access via stairs and elevator. Very clean, laundry service was a plus better than packing entire suitcase of linens. Only concern was flooring room transitions were little high could lead to possible tripping for older renters. We had no issues but we noticed the bumps during check in.

OC Summer Vacation Stay 7/2025

The condo looks exactly as pictured in the listing. It is at the Capri on 110th street which is a lovely building in a good location. The Capri has a large indoor pool which we were thankful for on a blazing hot windy day that we were unable to rent an umbrella for (company wouldn’t rent due to wind). They have an arcade area on the same floor as the pool. The staff at the Capri are friendly and so are the locals that live there (mostly). The building has 3 elevators so you usually aren’t waiting for too long. The condo is on the third floor and it gives you a pretty view of the beach and of Coastal Highway. On first impression, the unit is decorated nicely, with nice furniture that doesn’t appear run down or overused. Check in was seamless and we do appreciate not needing a key due to the keypad on the door. The condo was comfortable for our time there with our toddler. The Capri condos are much larger than a lot of other units you will find in OC. Areas for improvement- the cleaning left a little to be desired. By no means was the unit dirty- and I am sure that if I contacted the rental company they would have sent someone but we didn’t feel it was necessary. There were popcorn kernels under the coffee table and when I went to remove the lint trap in the dryer a ton of sand came out that was along the edge. The fridge and freezer could probably use a better wipe out. Besides those things the condo was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The room was clean & everything was as indicated in the listing. Quick access to the beach & the pool was nice to have as well. Located near many restaurants & family friendly activities. We stayed over the 4th of July & we were able to watch fireworks that people were letting off at the beach without even leaving our balcony. We will definitely be back!

Highly Recommend!

Enjoyed our stay

The contactless check-in process was very easy, no keys to collect elsewhere. I received a text that the property was ready an hour early which rarely happens at other properties. David from Benchmark Property Services was great to deal with. The listing stated that a starter amount of certain supplies would be provided, including dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, etc. When we arrived, there was hardly any dish soap left, no dishwasher pods, and no dish towel, all things that we expected to be there. I contacted Benchmark, talked to David, and an hour later, David was at our door with those items. A couple of cons - while it wasn't terrible, it wasn't the cleanest place I've stayed. The floors were a bit grimy, and the refrigerator hadn't been wiped out. One other thing we didn't love were the transitions into the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen and bath floors were higher than the other floors creating a serious tripping hazard. Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this property. I would recommend renting from Benchmark Property Services.

Weekend getaway

The location is perfect. I was given a detailed email on the check-in process and everything was so easy especially when we had to check-in late. The bathrooms could use some renovations but nothing that would stop me from staying again. The indoor pool was great for after the beach and the people in the building were all friendly. Plenty of entertainment for teens. The kitchen seemed to have everything you would need to make food for an entire family but we didnt stay long enough to use it. I will stay here again with my family over the summer.

Great Offseason Getaway

This is our second time staying at this unit. I grew up with my family beach house across the street on Old Wharf Road, so the Capri beach will always be a second home to me! I have stayed at many units in the Capri, and this one is my favorite! It is always clean and has all the amenities one needs. The beds are comfortable and lots of choices with pillows/blankets. I appreciated that the bathrooms had floor mats (I usually have to bring my own). We came for just 2 nights and I was surprised to see I was able to rent in the Capri for my short stay. I can't go back to a hotel after being used to having so much space. I love OC in the offseason and my kids loved the pool. Don't be tempted to rent a cheaper unit in the Capri, it won't be clean or updated (been there, done that). I am ok with the unit being on the 3rd floor, but others might want that high up view. I am sure there is more road noise from Coastal Hwy on this level in peak season...no issue for us this time of year. I like the the short elevator ride and the beach is steps away. I highly recommend this unit.

Bad parking

We have stayed at this condo multiple times and love it. However there was a major change in the parking for the condo and only 1 car could park there. The other cars had to park over 5 blocks away. Very inconvenient and was not advertised on website. Not sure if we will stay again.

Beach location

Great location and view of the ocean. Was within a short drive to jolly rogers,the boardwalk and many restaurants. Loved that it was also on steps to the beach. Would highly recommend for location, space,and good communication.

As promised

We had a nice stay at this property. Great location directly on the beach but warning - you will have to leave your beach chairs etc in your car so there is a bit of carrying you will have to do. Owner communication was great. I do recommend that they leave a binder of info in the condo with instructions. Bathrooms are a bit outdated but not an issue. This particular unit doesn't have a super view of the ocean. All in all a very convenient place.

Great Getaway
