****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

You are going to want to stay here! This nicely furnished 2 BR 2 BA unit has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The bedrooms have a queen, double and 2 twin beds. You'll enjoy TVs in every room, a washer & dryer along with a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops! From your balcony you will enjoy the cool summer breezes as you watch the people go by. Best of all, this building has some incredible amenities. You will have access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness center and two championship billiard tables.

This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention center (2 blocks) and Seacrets (3 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more! During car and bike events, trailer parking is available for an additional charge.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* The pool is not open year-round and closes after Labor Day.
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration. Only trailers that fit in one parking space permitted on the Makai parking lot.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TVs can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Overall wasn’t a bad stay but the quest bathroom tub was really slow to drain. The guests using it had to stand in ankle deep water while taking a shower. The couch is showing its age and the leather on the couch is very worn down, it left black flacks on our clothes and skin if we sat on it. We were only given 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and with 4 guests it went pretty quickly, we had to get out and buy more.

The property was clean. The only issue was the decorative blanket and pillow cases were dirty and the mattress cover had stains on it. We had to throw them in the washing machine. The second bathroom tub looked a bit dingy. So, we washed it out as well. The sofa needs to be replaced. Its a bit old and run down. We didn't hassle the owner about any of it, we did what was needed, and enjoyed our stay. Other than that, it was a nice building, and great location. Loved the billiards. We had fun shooting pool. Once we got situated, it was a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again. It wasn't anything that was a complete turn off. It was worth the money.

Very nice

Beautiful property, good location. The only problem was the temperature inside the unit. It read 73 but always felt humid. The only time it was comfortable was late in the evening and early in the morning. It was cooler in the hallway. Thankful for the ceiling fans. And the weather was upper 70s and overcast. So it wasn't due to extreme heat outside.

Great location

Enjoyed the condo and the location. luckily we brought more toilet paper as the starter roll is whatever was left from the people before. The chlorine in the pool was overwhelming. The couch has seen it's better days. Otherwise we enjoyed our time and were comfortable in the unit. Just a note you do have to make and undue your own beds and clean up and take out garbage. Feels like home :)

Perfect Getaway

Perfect location. Clean unit. 2 full bathrooms. Easy walk to beach. Restaurants/Bars including Seacrets all in walking distance. Perfect condo for 2 couples, friends, or a family of 4 or 5. Washer/Dryer in unit came in handy to keep pool/beachwear clean. Billiard room, Fitness center, and indoor pool was a plus. The Host was very receptive, and answered all questions prior to our trip. The check in process, and keyless entry was a breeze. I would highly recommend this unit.

Great stay

A great place to stay in Ocean City just 3.5 miles from downtown, a short walk to the beach and clean and accurate listing. There is enough room for two couples or 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children even comfortably. The only thing that would be better is there is the pots and pans and knives are pretty old, but still work. Dull knives and bring your own sponge for dishes, but other than that, definitely worth the price and location for a clean, quiet nice place in OC!

We had a great time! The condo was small, but worked for our group. Perfect for a quick weekend. Great communication and check-in. Great location, with easy parking. The only thing we noticed was that the listing notes a washer/dryer, but there was not one.

Great rental

Price of the condo was exactly what was quoted on the VRBO site. We received a text when the condo was available, a while before the check-in time. Condo was very clean. We emailed a very few minor issues, as requested by the host (a burned out light bulb and a missing battery cover on a remote). This condo is in a very nice building with an indoor pool, billiards room and gym and a nice sitting area in the lobby. Lots of restaurants nearby (although parking in OC isn't good even in the off season). We love the beach in the fall and this was a great place to spend our vacation. Highly recommend this rental.

Nice stay but major issues with Television/cable

The condo was nice and clean; however, we were unable to use the bedroom and living room TVs all weekend. The Direct TV cable did not work, even after contacting the Property Manager to reboot several times. The WiFi was very unstable as well when we tried to at least stream our own cable service from home.

Short May Stay

We stated at this location for my daughter’s Volleyball tournament. It was short walk to the convention center and had all the amenities we needed. The place was great, the beds were comfy and we would stay here again! We had the indoor pool to ourselves the entire time and the view of the sunsets were amazing!

Perfect Location!!

Very nice condo, good view of the ocean and a very convenient location to get to downtown OC and to upper OC. Kids loved the pool and the gym. Great options of tv with the cable and the Roku. Would love to stay again!

Great Location

We rented this unit because we were attending a cheerleading event at the convention center. This was a perfect location for us as we were a block away. The indoor pool was a nice plus, though they reduced the operating hours for some reason while we were there. The unit itself is clean, however, the mattress and pillows in the main bedroom were not comfortable. We brought our own linens from home, but they had plenty of blankets on hand, which we appreciated as it was cold the weekend we were there. The beach is a short two blocks away and you can even see the ocean a bit from the unit's balcony. This unit faced the Coastal Highway and at times was loud, depending on the traffic. All in all, we're please with the stay and it served our needs well and was moderately priced when compared to a hotel.

We’re here for a cheer competition weekend

Great location. Very convenient & nice place. Just couldn’t find dish towel to dry dishes, soap for sinks, or any extra toilet paper beside the one roll. We had a great time just too short a stay.

Fun getaway

The property was nice The wood furniture all needs to be tightened . A new coffee maker is needed. The fridge needs a little more room the door needs to be pushed closed. Very nice good location. Great little pool.and pool table.
