Experience the great outdoors indoors in this rural bungalow, as seasoned leather and wood notes combine with mountain-themed decor. Outside, valley and High Sierra views stretch to the horizon. Sit quietly by the fire pit for a chance to spot deer.

You feel as if your all alone and have private surroundings, yet so close to everything you may need.

The house is open and inviting. Outside has an amazing fire pit with beautiful views with deer families traveling through the property often. It is a peaceful home and location yet so close to many incredible places to visit like Yosemite National Park.

You have access to the whole house - garage excluded.

Nestled among the trees, this home is close to the town of Oakhurst, where there are plenty of stores and places to eat. The home is a short drive from the entrance of Yosemite National Park. The home is very private. You cannot see neighboring homes.

Public transportation is available to Fresno and to Madera from Oakhurst but not really in town. There is a company that will take you to Yosemite for an additional charge.

New propane bottles are in the fire pit and bbq for your use. If they run out there will be a fee to fill them up again, $25 per bottle - please notify us if you do need a refill.

* Cooler/Heater must be turned off when you leave.
* Please turn off all lights whenever you leave the house especially when leaving the last
time.
* Please pull sheets off all beds used and leave on the bed.
* All dishes must be put in dishwasher and dishwasher started please before leaving the house.
* All garbage must be put into large outside garbage cans before leaving.
* Please put all towels used in the laundry upon departure.

***If the home is left in disarray you will be charged an additional fee. Fee dependent upon how bad the disarray is!

** Pets accommodated for an additional fee. $50 per dog per stay.
