Inside, Island Time welcomes you into a cozy living space filled with natural light from windows that frame glimpses of the Atlantic. The open-concept layout allows the living room, kitchen, and dining area to flow seamlessly, creating an inviting space to gather after long days at the beach. Plush seating makes it easy to unwind with a movie, play board games, or simply relax while listening to the distant sound of waves in the background. Coastal-inspired décor throughout the home strikes the perfect balance between laid-back comfort and seaside charm.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, from casual breakfasts before heading out or a fresh seafood dinner to enjoy together. The dining area, between the living area and kitchen, seats up to 6 guests and offers a cozy spot for shared meals, late-night conversations, and planning the next day's adventures.

Step outside onto the spacious deck, where ocean views and coastal breezes set the tone for lingering mornings with coffee or evenings spent sipping cocktails as the sun dips lower in the sky. The outdoor spaces at Island Time are set up for both relaxation and fun. Fire up one of two charcoal grills (or both) for barbecues, gather around the fire pit under starlit skies, or dig into alfresco meals at the picnic table. An enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off sandy feet after beach days a breeze.

Underneath the cottage, you'll find a dedicated game area that adds an extra layer of entertainment to your stay. With a foosball table and basketball arcade game with dual hoops, this space is perfect for friendly competitions on rainy days or quick breaks from the sun. Beach gear is also available, allowing you to pack light while still having what you need for lounging by the surf or building sandcastles.

The sleeping accommodations are designed with comfort in mind and can sleep up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom serves as a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, while the remaining three bedrooms each offer queen beds with relaxed coastal styling. If you're traveling with family or friends, everyone will have their own space to recharge.

The home's updated bathroom showcases beautiful tilework, stylish hardware, and a convenient tub/shower combination. High-speed wireless internet keeps you connected for streaming, remote work, or sharing vacation memories.

Island Time is also pet-friendly, welcoming up to two dogs (fees apply). Thoughtful extras, including dog bowls, help ensure your furry companions feel right at home. PET POLICY
This home welcomes up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a $175 fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional $50 fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only pets permitted.

BEACH CREDIT
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more — the choice is yours. For this house, you are eligible for up to $245 credit on any beach gear. Please note, this offer is only available for stays between April 1 and October 31.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
