Vårt fantastiske strandhus i tosidig stil har 2 separate hjem under ett tak. Dette er den 6-roms sørsiden, og den 6 roms nordenheten er VRBO 1167375. Bassenget og bassengdekket deles mellom de to enhetene, og hjemmene er helt separate ellers!

Fra den fantastiske havutsikten til den rolige beliggenheten bare noen minutter fra all handlingen i North Myrtle Beach, vil dette Cherry Grove-paradiset skinne tropiske stråler på sinn, kropp og ånd! Dette hjemmet er en sjeldenhet på stranden, og har fantastisk havutsikt fra Sky Deck og utsikt over det verdensberømte Cherry Grove-området. Med brygga avstand på avstand, kan du ta deg en dag med en lang spasertur og nyte litt fersk sjømat fra Calabash rett over det majestetiske Atlanterhavet! Well set up for large groups

We loved the house. So spacious for our large family of 22. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We loved the double ovens double microwaves, and double dishwashers. Location was top notch, being close to the beach and nature preserve. The grills need updating. The gas grills were unusable and the charcoal grills had seen better days and were just usable. Thanks for a great stay. Would stay there again.

Christmas Vacation

My Family had a blast. The checkin process was easy. Everything was nice and clean. The only problem we had was one of the ovens went out on us, so it made it a little more difficult being that we needed two ovens but we made it work. Other than that, we had a fabulous time. We will stay there anytime!!!

College Retreat

Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Nice having a place within walking distance to the beach. We were disappointed in the layout and a little deceived by the pictures as we thought there were two "separate" buildings on this site both sharing a pool. Instead, there were two units that share a wall, one facing the street (which was ours) the other facing the backside of the house and pool. The other group was a large family with lots of young kids and the pool is much smaller than the pictures seem to show. Therefore, while my college kids wanted to enjoy the pool they could not because of all of the little kid toys and pool floats that the other group had left out most evenings. The only other issue we had was the air conditioning unit in the third floor wasn't working when we arrived, one of the dishwashers wasn't working, and some of the ceiling fans needed maintenance. All in all, three star rating was good. If we came back I would look to either rent out both sides or find another location to have a more private pool.

Recent Stay for a Family of 20

We had a family of 20 stay at this location. We originally chose the house based on its location and ability to fit our family. While the location and space fit our needs, the overall home and experience left much to be desired. There were beds advertised as being queen sized beds, however they were only a full size mattresses. Additionally, there were sleeper sofas advertised that were very old and dirty with food left inside the couches and throw up stains on the pillows. The third floor was unbearable to sleep as it had temperatures in the high 80s. The air conditioning did not properly circulate making it very difficult to sleep with a 7 month old baby. Overall, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach, however I would not stay in this property again.

Slightly rundown, but good house

We had a large family reunion here, and it filled our needs pretty nicely. The kitchen was a bit scarce on cooking dishes, and had basically no cups-which was disappointing. It’s large, and we didn’t feel cramped at all-the bedrooms are nicely sized. There were plenty of places that could use some TLC, but nothing glaring. It’s not an upscale property, but we had a nice time-the pool, poker table, and arcade game were all very popular with all ages we had. And we loved that it was about a 1-minute walk from the beach. So easy to come and go. Overall a pleasant experience!

Needs an update!

The house is large and spacious, but needs some care. The carpets on the stairs were really dirty. The house looks old, needs to be updated. The kids loved the pool. Way too many requirements on the instructions. Oh, if you will rent it, bring toilet paper and paper towels, they don't put any at the bathrooms. They left 3 rolls of tp and one roll of paper towels for a 7 bathroom/6 bedroom house.

Nice house poor management

This Is a nice house but is poorly managed and makes false claims. We may have misread when booking but this property is actually two separate rentals with shared pool and grill. When we arrived another group was in the side that was supposed to be ours. We adapted and sense amenities were adequate for our needs. although we had to share pool and grill with the other group. The grill did not work. After buying food to cook on grill ended up having to buy propane bottle and regulator hose to make it work. After spending an extra hundred dollars and losing two hours' time finally got to grill. As for cleanliness, there were several issues. Several items of clothing were left throughout property. A half-drunk beer was found in one of the dressers upstairs. Game control batteries were dead, and no ping pong balls and paddles were trashed. This was an added 50 dollars to buy needed supplies. The kitchen had a half loaf of bread left in cabinet and the hodge podge of utensils and pots and pans was disappointing. While there was adequate parking it was like playing musical chairs whenever someone wanted to go somewhere. Beach access was great for not actually being on beach and outside shower with hot water was great for rinsing off after being in ocean. For the prices they charge some insulation in interior walls and floors definitely improve the stay. Plenty of eating space but could have used some more couches in main gathering area on bottom floor. Noone on call to fix issues.

Great for large groups.

We always do a large family vacation 20+ people and this location and property was perfect for us!! Walking distance to the beach. Tons of space for everyone. 2 fridges and 2 microwaves. Fit 4 vehicles perfectly. Would def recommend for a large group of people. Myrtle beach is amazing and soo much to see. Love, love, loved it!! The kids and adults loved the pool. Safe place to stay easy to get to. Minutes away from the fishing pier. No complaints.

Satisfied

The house and location and communication with the manager and maintenance were amazing. We had an issue with the front door lock not working and maintenance took care of it within the hour. There were 2 small ant problems. Ceiling needs some touching up in the living room. Other than that (and I wouldn't even mention it but this is for others reading reviews and looking for honesty). The place and location can not be beat. I'd stay here again every year if I could. Thank you Tropical Rays for a beautiful vacation!

Location, Location, Location

Tropical Rays was perfect for our family reunion. The Location was idea. Close to the beach but not on the beach. Located less than 5 minutes from the beach and in the middle of the action. We also liked the ease of moving from activity to activity from the home. Parking is great. We had 4 seven passenger vehicles that we are all accommodated easily. The rooms are great - each had it own bathroom and enough privacy for a group of 22. The teenagers loved the game room, while the adults hung out on the main floor and the younger kids hit the pool. There was something for everyone at this wonderful home. From the home it is easy to get out of the area and onto the freeways to head north or south of the property. We found that it is ideally located between the various boating activities in the north and the adventure events in the south. This home was really a delight! Thank you for letting us enjoy the home and create memories for years to come.

Communication not at all good during the stay

I have had communication with the management before the check in and everything was prompt. The after we checked in there was a bug issue in one of the bathrooms and we immediately called the emergency number as well sent an email to inform the same. But nobody turned up and we had to tackle the problem ourselves. This is completely unacceptable. The property is good, spacious overall but cleanliness and communication need to be better.

Dirty house and Gnats

We checked in and the lock wouldn’t work to let us in, had to wait an hour to get into the house. Once we got in the house was infested with thousands of gnats and smelled horrendous. Great location but not the greatest of places to stay.

Good and Bad

The house was very spacious. It is a duplex and you share with a front and back property. The walls are pretty thin and unfortunately we had noisy neighbors. You share parking which is north and south. We parked in ours which was 3 cars which all fit under the parking spaces. Our neighbors had cars and blocked us in so I suggest always keeping a car outside the parking just in case you have inconsiderate neighbors. When we checked in the house smelled strongly of fabuloso so we assumed it was super clean. The downstairs was immaculate. UNTIL we started cooking. There were pots under the cabinet that were filthy and still had food on them. That was such a bummer. We get upstairs the rooms are cleaned ok, but it seems like they forgot to clean the doors of the shower. There was black stuff all over it and the floors were really dusty. The rest of the house was pretty clean. The POOL was a completely different story, unfortunately the kids weren't able to enjoy it because it was so dirty!!! It is a great and quick walk to the beach. Great views from the 3rd floor patio. About 10 minutes away from a walmart. If you are planning to go to the boardwalk or the aquarium, it is about 30 minutes away driving.
