Beautiful apartment with balcony in Carré d'or area of Nice

Wonderfully nice apartment of 76m2 in a beautiful Art Deco palace and located in the center of Nice. The proximity to shops, restaurants, museums and the 400 meters to the beach and Promenade des Anglais, makes it the perfect holiday apartment. Although the apartment is located in the middle of the city, this is a quiet area. There is also a grocery store, bakery and pharmacy right nearby. The apartment is beautifully and personally decorated and very homely!
From the nice balcony you have a wonderful view of Nice and the hills that surround the city. There is a dining table with seating for 4 people and also a small cafe table with two chairs.
The entire apartment has Air condition.
There are 2 large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed (160x200cm)and a dresser. From the room you have direct access to the cozy balcony.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed (140x190cm), a large wardrobe and desk.
There is 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower and toilet. there is also a separate toilet.
The kitchen is large and well equipped where there is everything you could need. There are, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, micro-oven and Nespresso machine.
The living room is large and airy with a dining area where there is a dining table/chairs with seating for 4 people. In the lounge, there is also a sofa group and TV. From here you can go directly to the balcony.
The apartment is located at the top of the building and there is a lift.

Dette var et veldig hyggelig opphold i en veldig fin leilighet som hadde mye plass og godt renhold.

Leiligheten var svært romslig og godt rengjort når vi kom. Verten var hyggelig og hjelpsom. Air condition-anlegget fungerte veldig bra, noe som var viktig i varmen i Nice. V hadde et veldig fint opphold!

Very Nice apartment centrally located, close to everything 👍

A very good experience with a very good host in Malin who meet us upon arrival with all the information we needed. Fantastic breakfast restaurant 1 min from apartment and restaurants close by. 3 min to beach / promenade de Anglais and old city 10 min walk away, several gyms and grocery shops around the corner. French style apartment and very well equipped. Good AC and Wi-Fi worked very well, thank you for a good stay 😊

My sister and I stayed four nights in this lovely apartment. I don’t exaggerate when I say we would quite happily have moved right in. The apartment itself is beautiful and comfortable, we felt immediately at home. We made the most of the gorgeous balcony and the location. Malin and her partner were welcoming and generous. We really couldn’t have asked for more.

A really great place in perfect location for us. Close enough to the Beach, yet quiet enough to make us happy. Our Host went above and beyond for us and really made the stay all the more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay again the next time we are in Nice.

We spent a week at this lovely apartment and cannot say enough good things about our experience. It was SO COMFORTABLE! The open space with an incredible balcony (and 1 1/2 baths!) made us feel at home. We ate every breakfast and many dinners on the balcony, watching lovely sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen had more available than we needed, including beautiful dish sets, a vast array of pots and pans, and all the comforts of home. Malin was great with communication. With 2 bedrooms and so much open space, it would be great for 2 couples or people with children. We LOVED it!

Beautiful apartment in a standout historic building in an excellent location. A few minutes from the beach with restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a supermarket. Great views from the balcony which is perfect for a quiet moment with a cup of coffee. Everything you need in the kitchen and all high quality appliances.

Perfekt lägenhet

Vi har bott i den här lägenheten två gånger. Läget är perfekt och lägenheten är mycket trevlig. Den är tyst och har en underbar balkong med eftermiddagssol (markis för soliga eftermiddagar).

Magnifique appartement art déco très bien situé, à mi-chemin entre la gare, la Promenade des Anglais et la Place Massena. Tout se fait à pied! L’arrivée est impeccable, grâce à un accueil chaleureux et de petites attentions (café, jus, eau pétillante, etc). La climatisation est la bienvenue, et la terrasse rend le petit café du matin ou l’apéro de début de soirée très agréable! La superficie est parfaite pour 4 personnes et la cuisine est bien aménagée et équipée. L’immeuble est propre et bien entretenu, comme l’appartement. J’y retournerai un jour, car Nice et ses environs ont beaucoup à offrir et cet appartement rend le séjour très agréable.

This top-floor apartment is the definition of elegance… with modern kitchen and bathroom (that has toilette), glorious views from living-room and the larger bedroom, clothes washing machine, and a separate toilette in the hallway. The building is magnificent. The neighborhood quiet and pretty. Malin, the property manager, is gracious and thoughtful. My friend Sharon and I were visiting dear friends and their dog who have recently moved to Nice. Many thanks to Malin and the owners of this swanky place where we were surrounded by charm and comfort. I wish everyone excellent health and happiness. Great peaceful stay in Nice

I had a great time here, the host, Malin was very accommodating and friendly! The property was neat and I really enjoy sitting on the balcony during my stay. The apartment was also packed with kitchen utilities if you are into cooking.

1st time in nice

Overall this is a great place to stay in Nice. Malin was great all through the process and the communication was great. The apartment was just as advertised and had everything we needed - including some plastic containers for some cheese and meat we didn’t finnish one night. Location was also perfect. The only downside was having to put the garbage out early in the morning before our flight and having to unlock 2 gates in the dark to get to the garbage bins. I still recommend this apartment.

Charming French decor

Everything was perfect for our stay. Malin met us out front as we arrived. The apartment is charming and is fully stocked with everything equipment wise you need to cook meals. Sitting on the balcony having morning coffee and afternoon wine was so relaxing. The neighborhood is very pretty, safe and convenient. Checking out with Malin was a breeze and we hated to leave

A gem in the middle of Nice

We had a comfortable stay for two weeks at this charming apartment, close to the old town, the sea and the train station, with a great view from the balcony. All mod cons, a great kitchen and comfortable bed makes this a great choice. The hostess met us as we arrived and was very welcoming and helpful. We had a truly great experience !!!

Beautiful home, perfect location

Perfect location halfway between the railway station and the seafront, and far enough from the old town to not be overwhelmed by the trappings of tourism. We visited Nice to coincide with the Tour de France, renting a car to enjoy the penultimate stage in the mountains and then stayed locally for the final stage that ended in the centre of Nice. The apartment was perfect - two comfortable double rooms, a very well equipped modern kitchen and a balcony that’s great for breakfast.

Nice apartment!

We spent 6 nights here in order to do some cycling. The apartment is in a great location to take advantage of the waterfront, and restaurants etc. , but it is also quite quiet. The apartment is clean and well equiped. Malin is quick to respond to questions. I would definately recommend this place to anyone going to Nice

Nice in Nice

Malin is lovely to work with. The apartment is beautiful, well maintained, air conditioner and elevator to get to the top floor unit. Location was ideal for our family and itinerary, which was to just relax and do whatever sounded fun that day. 10 minute walk to the train station or to the Promenade/beach, many sidewalk bistro restaurants in a 10 minute radius, multiple bus stops around the block. Thank you Malin for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Well Located Apartment in Central Nice

We stayed in this lovely property for 22 nights in May 2024. The apartment was very quiet (top floor), spacious and airy. The kitchen was very well equipped. The terrace had a nice view and was great for dining. The apartment was well located in the Carre d’Or, just off Blvd Victor Hugo. There are many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and the Promenade des Anglais is a 7 minute walk south. The train station is a 12 minute walk north, and the downtown is 10-15 minutes east. The property manager, Malin was lovely. She was easy to communicate with, was there when we arrived, stayed in touch, and provided very helpful orientation and ideas for our visit. We would unhesitatingly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay longer term in Nice. Ron and Barb from Calgary Canada

this is a lovely apartment with a beautiful usable terrace to sit in the afternoon sun. the location is excellent, far enough out of the hustle with good restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. the only criticism is that the shower over the bath is a little challenging.

Superbe!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille ici! Malin est venu nous accueillir a notre arrivée et à notre départ. Quartier super tranquille mais à proximité de la promenade des anglais et du vieux nice Parking à quelques minutes de marche (grimaldi à 140 euro pour 7 jours) Appartement très propre avec lits comfortables. Il y avait un lit de bebe et una chaise haute!! Une salle de bain complète et une salle d'eau (très pratique pour 3 adultes) Il y a un lift pour se rendre au 6ieme et dernier étage (2 personnes max! Et assurez vous davoir une petite poussette pliable) très pratique pour nos bagages. Prêt de la gare de train de ville nice et à proximité de multiples restos Un séjour inoubliable!
