Your holiday starts as soon as you walk into this spacious, three bedroom, fully-equipped holiday home based at Marlie Holiday park. You can even bring up to two pets on holiday with you for a small charge. All that we ask is that you do not leave them unattended and that you clean up after them - as all good pet owners do.
This holiday home has everything you need for a comfortable break away, whether you’re spending the time with family (including the pets), friends or a romantic getaway. This property sleeps up to eight guests.
The master bedroom offers a double bed with space for a travel cot, plenty of wardrobe space, and benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and wash basin. The other two bedrooms consist of twin single beds and a small wardrobe.
The property benefits from having two bathrooms so no queue for the loo. The main bathroom offers a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin, and the en-suite bathroom offers an additional toilet and wash basin.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and cook your meals including hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The dining area consists of a dining table and seating.
The spacious lounge offers ample seating with a large corner sofa with pull out double bed, as well as four extra dining chairs at the dining table. There is a flat screen TV, coffee table and electric fire. The double doors open onto a balcony area ideal for a morning coffee or evening drink.
This property is double glazed and has hot-air blown heating in the bedrooms; there is also an electric fire. A fair use basis on gas and electricity comes included in your booking.
The park has multiple car parks providing plenty of parking for guests..
EXTRAS
1066 Holidays provide fresh clean linen and white fluffy hand towels. Bath towels are available on request at least 48 hours prior to arrival and incurs a £20 charge. Please note all 1066 Holidays properties are no smoking and are self catering.

SURROUNDING AREA
New Romney is only approximately 15 minutes from Camber Sands with its renowned large sandy beaches.
Rye, approximately 25 minutes drive from New Romney, is a beautiful idyllic little town that is full of history and is definitely one to visit. The historic town of Hastings offers a great day out and is only a 45 minute drive away. Hastings offers plenty to do for all of the family, from the Sealife Centre, to the Amusements and Crazy Golf and the plentiful number of pubs and restaurants ensuring a fun, active family day out, or a nice relaxing day on the beach.
LOCAL AMENITIES
New Romney has a mini shop for the essential items and take away options nearby. The nearest superstore is approximately 10 minutes away for your complete shopping needs.
MARLIE HOLIDAY PARK
This holiday park is ideal for families as it offers to keep the kids entertained, with a modern entertainment venue and restaurant. The heated indoor pool (built-in 2020) makes for a relaxing dip after a busy day out exploring.
Marlie is also a beacon for nature lovers, and offers a shingle-based beach..
The park has an arcade, bar and restaurant.

CHECK IN
Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.
We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges
