The Space:

Nestled in a green valley, Huatoki Hideaway offers a unique stay close to the city centre of New Plymouth. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups, this house is full of character and a great place for relaxation and enjoyment. The three bedrooms have been recently renovated (November 2025) with new gib, paint and lighting. This is a well-loved family home originally built in the 1910s but has undergone much change over time.



The property features a fully-equipped modern kitchen and a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available, along with a desk for those needing to work during their stay. The driveway will fit up to three cars for convenient parking.



The Huatoki Stream runs along the bottom of the garden, providing a serene atmosphere filled with sunshine and a large lawn for kids to play (To note: the stream is un-fenced so small children need to be supervised). On the other side of the stream is the Huatoki walkway. This can be taken to Pukekura park or on to the city centre and is bike and buggy-friendly.
