Tucked away in the hills of coastal Neskowin, Oregon, Proposals Estate seamlessly blends luxury, nature, and art in a design-forward, comfortable home that accommodates up to 12 guests. Take in epic ocean views while listening to Hawk Creek babble through the lush valley and forest. Enjoy the charming garden, bocce ball court, and outdoor sauna – perfect for chilly nights. A truly enchanting retreat, deer and elk can often be spotted grazing in the fields.
The Great Room
Up the stairs, past the trees, enter the great room where panoramic forest views welcome you. The gathering space features a vinyl collection, cozy fireplace, premium audio system with Polk tower speakers and Sonos music system and a SMART TV. A custom built-in reading bench features more than 100 curated cookbooks from around the world.
At the heart of the home is a well-appointed chef’s kitchen, designed for culinary gatherings. The 10-foot-long marble island serves as the centerpiece, complemented by an array of chef-grade appliances and tools – perfect for hosting unforgettable dinner parties and family gatherings. Dine indoors or outside on the 600 sq.ft patio with ocean views, a gas BBQ for grilling, and seating for 12.
Primary Suite
The secluded primary suite is a private sanctuary, featuring its own entrance, kitchenette, and serene views of the garden from the front seating area, with ocean views from the private den. The primary bathroom includes a custom marble sink, generously sized shower, and a walk-in closet with washer and dryer.
Lower Lodging
Downstairs, multiple guest rooms provide ample accommodations for 10, including a family room with cozy bunk beds and a king-sized bed, a desk and workspace with a queen-sized bed, and two pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofas in the cinema/game room. Lastly, a secluded bedroom with a king-sized bed features a frame tv. The cinema/game room is designed for relaxation and fun, offering a selection of board games, a large-screen SMART TV, and a vintage Pac-Man arcade machine.

The estate’s dedication to art is reflected throughout the space, with thoughtfully curated pieces that highlight both well-known and emerging artists as well as former residents of the Proposal’s Artist Residency program. Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval.
Cancellation policy: Half the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
