Following the layout of the villa, there are two queen bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom located on the first floor above ground level, one double bedroom, one small double, bedroom, and a bathroom situated on the underground level, which opens up to the garden. This setup offers flexibility and privacy for guests, making it suitable for families or groups of friends traveling together.
The middle floor of the villa features a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and restroom, providing a central gathering space for guests to enjoy meals and socialize.
Outside, guests can enjoy eating and drinking while grilling delicious meals on the barbecue. Inside the territory of the villa, there is a green garden that has a view of the sea, where the guests can relax in the afternoons, drinking refreshments and watching their children play, listening to the sounds of the sea.

Nea Moudania is a unique location, almost thirty minutes driving away from the SKG airport and next to its famous beaches of Kassandra or Sithonia, the villa offers the perfect accommodation for big groups and it can be used as a base to explore the rest of Halkidiki.
