The unit is on the first floor of the building, but there are a few stairs to get up to the hallway from the parking area. You ll have one assigned parking space plus access to several guest spaces directly in front of the building. NOTE - 55+ COMMUNITY: This unit is located in an age restricted 55+ condo community. At least one lessee must be 55 years of age or older to rent the unit. The Four Winds condominium board requires a lease application be completed and approved prior to occupancy.
