This nature cabin has it all!! Newly updated, fresh and clean, non toxic, 3BR, 2 BA, private 1800 sq foot cabin home with rustic game cottage, hot tub, fully stocked cooks kitchen, large family style sectional, 65 in retractable Smart TV, fast WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, ample seating, eat in kitchen, dining room for 6, pantry, yoga/workout/baby room, games, books, puzzles, all in one washer and dryer, luxury linens, non toxic soaps and shampoos, ample towels, electric fireplace and dedicated workspace.

Step outside on huge private covered deck with outdoor seating and brand new spacious 4 person jetted hot tub to hear the rushing creek and waterfall that surrounds the property, mountain ridge views, private flat land to play and explore, 2 acres of wooded lot with on site trail that backs up to the state park, separate game cottage(central heat and split AC units only) just a stones-throw from the cabin(ping pong, darts, arcade, Nintendo64, dvd library, kitchenette) and perched fire pit area with a fantastic view. Hammock and meditation bench sits right atop the creek for the ultimate relaxation.

Only 3 minutes up the mountain from 441 and 8 minutes to downtown Clayton. 2 minutes to the Black Rock State Park entrance and Foxfire Museum. So much to do within just 30 minutes! Highlands, Dillard, Tellulah Falls, Water fun, snow tubing, wineries, hiking, waterfalls, restaurants, shopping and more! More details provided in the welcome binder on site.

This cabin has it all in the perfect location! Complete privacy with plenty of space and activity on site, and just minutes to one of the most up and coming mountain towns in North Georgia, with plenty of close day trips to explore! Only an 2 hours from Atlanta!

4 wheel drive recommended in winter. We have a windy and steep driveway with parking for four cars maximum.

PETS - Service animals and pre approved pets only please. We cannot allow shedding dogs due to my son’s allergies. 2 Pet limit if approved. We require all waste be picked up and pets be crated when gone. Any pet brought to property without pre approval or failure to follow pet rules will incur a $250 charge.

The host was very welcoming. Very private and quiet location. All of the amenities of home yet right in the middle of the woods. Used the fire pit a ton, great memories for sure. Local to a quaint little town as well. Would stay there again.

We had a super time at the cabin! The game cottage is really cool if you have kids with you. What a gorgeous piece of property and a super location. The hot tub was great after hiking. The proximity to Clayton's downtown area is really great for shopping and dining. I cannot say enough good things about the place. Comfortable, quiet and privacy with all the necessities. Was well stocked with stuff. Even fire starter. The host was excellent. The area around the stream was relaxing. Really nice place great location. We went hiking and the area is great for that. They even had a magazine with all the local hikes and people put notes in the book. Cool.

This property is an absolute gem! Located right at the entrance of Black Rock State Park, it couldn’t be more convenient for exploring the area. The road and driveway were smooth and easy to navigate. The backyard is a rare find—flat, open, and private—perfect for gatherings. Our dogs loved lounging in the sun, chasing balls, and rolling in the fresh grass. The yard is bordered by a peaceful running creek, which you can hear while relaxing on the porch or sitting by the firepit.The private, two-sided balcony was so inviting, and inside, the home felt fresh and newly updated. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The spacious dining room easily fit our family dinners. The thoughtful touches didn’t go unnoticed—books, puzzles, games, local guides, and even a very cool dual washer/dryer. I especially enjoyed the sound bowl in the yoga room!The second home on the property was an unexpected bonus—an adorable, cozy space where the kids could watch movies and play. The huge DVD collection was a hit, and Lindsey even left us a popcorn bin full of goodies upon arrival.While we loved exploring nearby trailheads and waterfalls, the property itself felt like our own private resort.

Beautiful Property/Great Location

My family absolutely loved this property! It’s fairly secluded up the mountain, but conveniently it is only 10 minutes from town. Our kids loved running around the property, exploring and making s'more's at the campfire. We also had a lot of fun playing in the game cottage on the days that it rained. Overall it was perfect for our family of four!

Comfy, Cozy Cabin!

We loved this mountain getaway home! With our only goal being to rest and relax, this spot was perfect for our crew. With beautiful views, quiet surroundings and extra comfy beds, we were happy and rested when we left!We had snow come in right before we arrived and our host was extra thoughtful about communicating. (Thank you!) Though the mountain roads are curvy and the driveway is a little steep, we were able to get in and out with no problems.We'll be back! :-)

Great location to hikes and downtown Clayton

Location was excellent, close proximity to hiking in the state park and restaurants in downtown Clayton. We had a little trouble with the heat in the upstairs kid room, temperature kept dropping low during the night in that room. But otherwise the house was perfect with no issues! We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Dreamy!

The weather was perfect. The leaves had just started to change. The property was landscaped beautifully. Being outside in the evening was so nice! The cabin was perfect. Everything you need. Hot tub and your own personal game room next door. It’s so nice just to relax here, purchase groceries in town and never leave!

This cabin is ideally located for exploring the area in Rabun County and beyond. Black Mtn. State Park minutes away as well as many nearby waterfalls within a short hike. Overall, a very pleasant holiday

Perfect mountain getaway!

My husband and I stayed in this cabin for an extended stay and it has all the supplies we needed. Thoughtful touches as well including clocks, candles, toiletries and welcome snacks that you don't always find in rentals. It is clean and comfortable and remarkably quiet (minus all the wonderful nature sounds i.e. creek, frogs etc). Our dogs loved playing on the expansive lawn. Feels very private and secluded even though it’s a quick and easy drive into Clayton for shopping and dining at one of the fantastic restaurants. No issues with the internet for work / TV like sometimes encountered in the mountains. Lindsay is a great communicator and responded very quickly to our one and only issue which was resolved in no time. Convenient to tons of hiking, waterfalls and wineries, but you may also choose to just enjoy the nature surrounding the deck and unplug. You can't go wrong here either way!

Slice of Heaven!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin that was a little slice of Heaven! The cabin was beautiful, spacious and clean with plenty of room for our older children, dog and us. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals and a cute welcome basket that we greatly appreciated! The wrap around porch and hot tub stole the show with amazing views of the large property and pond. The hot tub was impeccably clean. At night we hung around the fire pit and made S’mores. During the day we visited downtown Clayton which was quaint and fun to walk around with several shops and restaurants to choose from. We made sure to visit both the Foxfire museum and Black Rock Mountain Stare park which were a lot of fun and memorable. Both are extremely close to the property. I can’t say enough good things about the cabin and our host Lindsey who was so sweet and professional. You will have to visit this cabin for yourself!
