Shark Tales boasts a first-floor grill near the pool, a spacious kitchen, an open-concept living area, and outdoor games. Renew your senses in the private pool with palm trees overhead. Shark Tales’s backyard creates the perfect backdrop for a small wedding* or family experience the kids and adults will cherish forever!

Shark Tales is conveniently located near Miramar Beach shopping, beach restaurants, groceries, and family activities. The beach access has a large parking lot, restrooms, a tiki bar, and the world-famous Pompano Joe’s restaurant. The gated neighborhood also has a community pool that can be enjoyed by guests staying here. Destin and its fishing harbor, waterpark, and more are just a few miles away.

Four beach chairs are provided for your convenience. We also offer discounts on bicycles and low-speed vehicle rentals.

The parking pad can accommodate up to five standard-size vehicles. There is no parking on the grass or elsewhere in the neighborhood. Scooters, trailers, oversized vehicles, RVs, and motorcycles are strictly prohibited in the community.

We provide high-thread count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. Additional items needed are the guest’s responsibility.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

*Weddings/Events – If held on the property, an additional $500.00 event fee is required*

**The pool can be heated from October 1 - May 30 for an additional daily fee. The heated pool must be requested at least three days before arrival to ensure it is on and operational.**

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

Destin We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
