Family vacation

This was a great house for our family. It was in a wonderful gated area close to the beach. Perfect for jogging, riding a bike, etc. The house was filled with lots of appliances and plenty of room for all of us. They also had bikes in the garage to use which was a nice added benefit.

Not the best stay, but overall okay.

The home overall is very nice and is in a great location. When we arrived to the home after our check in time, the house had not been cleaned from the previous stay. They did send an emergency cleaning crew and made it right as far as cleaning fees. If you need to call for assistance, you are sent to a call center which is aggravating. When I received the check in instructions is said only 2 vehicles on the property. This was never listed in the house description. The house can hold up to 14 guests, which is more than 2 vehicles of people. Wasn’t my worst stay but not my best.

It was just OK

We had a problem at check in because the property wasn't ready and when we were finally given the ok the code we had to get in the door was not correct. After getting in we found the stove top didn't work and the sink was leaking. We called and they sent someone over to confirm the things we said but they couldn't fix it. We then had workers in our house the whole next day. Overall it was a decent living space. If we went back we would choose a different house to stay. Neighborhood was amazing.

Birthday Celebration

Nice accommodations with plenty of space for family to celebrate a 90th birthday. Chose this property for the master bed & bath on first floor but was on second floor. Washer & dryer a real plus! Beds comfortable. Kitchen needs large skillet & pot holders for those planning to cook.! Instructions for stove as it had convection oven. Bicycles need repair!. Two instructions on air as we left first set at 75. — second shut off We set it at 75 as first instructed! Enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Property very clean….only complaint is upon arrival the sink was full of coffee grains and wouldn’t drain. My husband finally was able to get it unclogged.

It was a very clean place and we all enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. I was a little disappointed in the pool, the water was warm and it wasn’t as big as I had previously thought it was. Could have had a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen.

In overall our stay was okey

Grill was dirty at checkin and when reported we was told someone would come to take care of it but nobody came and we had to clean it. Also the WiFi connection was poor to none existent, again we reported and yes somebody contacted me 24hrs after but the problem was not solved. For all the inconvenience I was offered a credit refund I’m waiting for it..

Wouldn’t choose this property again.

The information regarding the check in process was terrible. In every other home we have rented for vacation, there is always a book containing information about the property regarding codes, beach access, etc. We had to contact management several times for general information, and often had to wait on hold for 20 minutes. We were given a code to enter the home, but we weren’t given the code to enter the gated community. We had to wait for others entering the property to let us into the neighborhood. We also weren’t given the codes for the pool and bathroom at the pool until 1 1/2 days after our arrival. The house had some modern features, but it wasn’t impressive given the price compared to other rentals in which we have stayed. It sleeps up to 14, but there isn’t adequate seating in the house for 14 people even when using the dining and living area combined. The outside furniture isn’t in good condition either. Upon arrival, the garbage disposal was leaking and had a pan placed underneath. It was fixed the 2nd day, but the pot with all the water was left under the sink. The house wasn’t as clean as we expected with sand on the floors and food stains on the walls and furniture. It advertises 3 king beds and there were only 2 and a queen. Bedding for the trundles was not provided and was supposed to be brought to us. After 2 days, we had to go buy sheets. 4 bikes were advertised, but there were only 3. The walk to the beach is long if you have kids and things to transport!

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Thankful for the extras in the garage such as the bikes, a child carriage, two beach wagon, beach mats, umbrella. Security gate code not given, however you can drive around it on another street, which we didn’t know until some investigating.

Bachelorette Trip

This is the 3rd bachelorette trip I've take and this was by far the best trip. The location was minutes away from the beach. The host even provided bikes for an early morning stroll to the beach. The house was very spacious plenty of room for 10 women. We loved the relaxing hammock in the back. the house as absolutely beautiful.

great stay

the location was great considering it's directly up the street from my favorite coffee place (bad ass coffee); which is directly across from the beach. The walk to the beach is short and pleasant. The place was great, spacious, clean, and had everything i needed (including a crib, iron and board, plenty of towels in each bathroom). The only complaint is that the place is so big it you can hear noises throughout the house due to the echo such as the doors when you open and close them. They were kind of squeaky. Each floor has it's own thermostat which was great for the cool nights. Overall the place was great and highly recommended.

Family Vacay

It’s a great beach house that housed 14 comfortably. It’s like a 5 min walk to the beach. I suggest to take an extra pot and pan if you’ll be cooking, other than that it had the basic kitchen utensils. Enjoy your stay!
