The rooftop deck provides incredible panoramic views overlooking the Gulf Of Mexico, Lakes and the surrounding areas.

Entertain in style and elegance in the massive open entertainment level featuring an immaculate gourmet chefs kitchen, plush living room appointments, a formal dining area and a breakfast nook. The kitchen is fitted with Terrazzo countertops, high-end designer stove with a 6-burner gas range, stainless steel appliances, double sinks, and a large island with bar stools. It's a wonderful are for preparing family meals or enjoying one of our private chefs to cook a superb dining experience for you. The formal dining table seats 12, a breakfast nook seats 8, and al fresco dining on the balcony seats up to 8.

The spacious living room is complete with supple leather sofas and a large Smart TV with your favorite apps pre-loaded. The upscale decor features imported tile, peky cypress ceilings, custom feature walls, and expansive trim and carpentry work. The game room and bar also offers a 60-inch flat screen TV, pool table, ice maker, wine cooler. This area leads out to the private pool and an amazing outdoor summer kitchen!


There are 6 king master suites and 2 additional bunk rooms. All are equipped with  large flat-screen TVs and provided with fresh high thread count 100% cotton hypoallergenic linens. There are 4 exterior grand balconies. The exterior spiral staircase reaches all four floors starting at the pool/lanai area and finishing at the rooftop deck! This home is also equipped with an elevator at no additional cost for your convenience.
