Cosy apartment with a beautiful garden area and communal swimming pool in a complex of 25 apartments located on the north coast of the island in the Arenal d' en Castell urbanisation, 300 m from the beach.

It features a magnificent porch with a brick barbecue with comfortable sofas, table and chairs, where you can enjoy long summer nights.

Spacious living-dining room with TV and Wifi, with a large window giving access to the terrace. Independent kitchen, well-equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, microwave, washing machine, capsule coffee machine and Italian coffee maker.

The ground floor consists of a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, a rear terrace with views of the countryside with table and chairs. On the upper floor of the apartment, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card, or at the property reception, if the accommodation has on-site reception.
