Arrival by bus, nearest stops:

Arrival by Flight, best directions:
+ 20-25 minute by Taxi, such as Uber (Cost estimate. £25.00)
+ By train: From Manchester Airport to Mauldeth Road Station via Northern Rail Way, 10-15 minutes, then 20 minute walk to the house.
+ By bus: From Manchester Airport, take bus number 43 to Withington Library (Stop B), about 30-45 minutes, then 7 minutes walk to the house.

Before you book:
Sofa Bed Usage - Additional charges apply for the usage of sofabed, regardless of number of guests. Please let management team know if you wish to use the sofabed, and if you'd like us to dress the bed prior to your arrival. You must give us as much advance notice as possible to give us chance to facilitate this otherwise it may become unavailable to use during your stay.

House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
