Horizon View, a stunning, three bedroom, pet friendly holiday apartment with sea views in Lynmouth,

Horizon View is the penthouse at Lynmouth Holiday Apartments; a stunning three bedroom, luxury holiday let, which can comfortably sleep up to six guests. The pet friendly two storey holiday apartment is tastefully decorated throughout and beautifully captures the sea views available at Lynmouth.

On arrival, guests enter into a stunning vaulted, open plan living area, which enjoys breath-taking views over the Bristol Channel and Lynmouth itself. The living room has a central wood burning stove that helps to divide the front of the room into a dining area with table to seat six and a comfy lounge with big sofa and TV. At the other end of the living room is the well-equipped kitchen, which has a breakfast bar, an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a coffee machine, as well as a full range of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Also, located on the ground floor of the apartment is the family bathroom, which is fitted with a shower, a wash basin and a WC.

The three large bedrooms can all be found on the first floor, they include two with zip and link beds, which allow them to be set up as either a double or a twin, and the Master Bedroom, which has a quirky bath located within it, this bedroom has a king size bed as well as its own private cloakroom with wash basin and WC. One of the other bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a wash basin and a WC. Finally on the first floor is a mezzanine with arm chair.

Please note that the both side of the front of the apartment overlooking the sea open up fully but there is no balcony.

At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including;
Health Spa treatments - such as Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head massage and a full body massage. We also have a sauna and can offer both an ice bath and gong bath experience. 
Deliveries – we can accept all your grocery deliveries and place any frozen items in the fridge.
Housekeeping – general cleaning, linen change, bags of logs/kindling, prepare the fire.
Flowers – Large to small bouquets of flowers from our local florist
Entertaining – set menus prepared by our private chef, includes service and clean-up. Plus a Grazing Board at any time. We also have a dedicated BBQ area. 
Hampers – Breakfast or Walking hampers, prepared locally.
Extras – Pet biscuits, poo bags and walking maps. EV charger. Train transfer. Mini-bus hire.
Adventures – Our local connections means that we can organise discounted trips, Exmoor trails, water-sports and many more, just ask the team.
