The accommodation is in an excellent location, being in the centre. It is about 100 m from Porta San Pietro, the ancient city gate. (cover photo). You can go everywhere on foot. The train station is nearby, about 200 m. From there you are home in 5 minutes on foot. No taxis or long walks. Excellent location for those arriving by train from Pisa airport, wanting to see Florence or the seaside. For those arriving by car the location is excellent, outside the restricted traffic zone and the parking under the house. (see parking info).
We are in the center and a stone's throw from restaurants, bars and historical tourist attractions, that Lucca is full of. A walk on the cyclopean city walls located 100 meters away, which have become a park, is a unique experience. These make a complete circuit around the historic city. From its tree-lined pedestrian street, the view extends on all sides over houses, towers, bell towers, palaces, gardens and the large external battlements and buttresses.

The house is characteristic and, as mentioned, new and well equipped. It has an excellent location. There is no shortage of accessories. We are very careful about cleanliness in every corner. Communication will be friendly and efficient on our part.
There is self check-in, but it is not an obligation, we love getting to know the guests.
If there are any unexpected events, we will always be available to resolve them.

The house has been recently renovated and newly furnished. The living space has modern functionality, but maintains some ancient forms and distribution. It is arranged on two floors connected with an easy staircase. The rooms are attic, characteristic, with perfectly accessible height. The study space is on a mezzanine, with a sofa bed. The attic floor is enriched by the roof structure and the light from the skylights on the sky.
Description of beds:
the bed in the double bedroom is made up of two coupled single beds;
The bed in the second bedroom is slightly larger than a queen size; Two people can sleep in the bed.
In the study space there is another single bed from which another single bed of the same size can be extracted. They become two coupled single beds, they can be used as a double bed.
In the living room there is another single bed that can be pulled out from a piece of furniture.
