This stunning Malibu Estate showcases 2 1/2 acres on a private bluff featuring unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. The main level welcomes you with an expansive open floor plan with an abundance of natural light. The living room and dining room have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to immaculate views of the ocean. There is a gourmet chef's kitchen with 4 ovens and sub-zero refrigerator that opens up to an outdoor living oasis with a BBQ. The sumptuous primary bedroom is tucked in a private wing with large office, oversized windows, balcony and gorgeous marble bath. This compound offers endless outdoor living with a tennis court, pool, outdoor kitchen and impressive fruit orchards. Features include solar panels, home theater and gym. All 5 guest bedrooms are en-suite with dazzling ocean views. Only moments from the best beaches, PCH, Malibu Country Mart and more. With its location and privacy, this estate is simply a one of a kind offering.

- The tennis court can only be used until 10pm.

- Cellular reception in the area may vary depending on your provider. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend downloading Google Maps offline before your arrival. By saving the area in advance, you can easily navigate and access directions even without cellular service or Wi-Fi. This will help you get around with ease during your stay.

- Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.

- Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.

Our stay on Winding Way was magical. The home has so much to offer that you will never want to leave. We enjoyed the large kitchen and outdoor grill to cook many meals, the pool and jacuzzi, sport court, workout room, and even had a movie night in the theater. The views are spectacular for sunrise and sunset. The home is also conveniently located to many amazing restaurants, shops, and beaches. We appreciated the easy communication, warm welcome, and attention to all details to make our stay as perfect as it was.

Perfect girl’s weekend in paradise

We had a fabulous trip in Malibu at this house. The views are breathtaking, plenty of room for everyone and it was clean. We utilized the pool/hot tub, tennis courts, etc. The concierge team was also very helpful! They had arranged things requested prior to our arrival, gave us numerous options for services (groceries, masssages, etc). The fridge/kitchen was stocked when we arrived and they also helped fix any issues we had. I highly recommend this magical spot!

Beautiful view, house needs TLC

We stayed over the long Thanksgiving weekend. My review is mixed. The good-the view, the view, the view. The view is as advertised and is amazing. It is panoramic ocean views from most areas of the house. The house is very clean and it is large, almost too large. I mostly gave three stars for the view and the cleanliness. The not-so-good- The house is very obviously a rental property and is “well-used”. It is in need of some TLC and some general maintenance, repairs and, quite honestly, updating. It looks to have been built sometime in the 80’s or 90’s and some of the stuff still in there looks stuck in that era. The AV guy was there performing repairs to the AV system when we arrived on our check-in day several hours after check-in time. Even after he left and declared it working, it didn’t. In the master bedroom and at least one other bedroom, we could not get it to work, so after a while I just gave up and we either didn’t use those TVs or I just streamed on my personal device in order to watch TV. Other AV items worked intermittently and required us to call the AV guy yo get the projector in the theater to work. The furniture was mostly outdated and some, like the reclining theater chairs, did not really function easily. The furniture on the kitchen area deck and in the office was extensively stained and/or had missing cushions. Throughout the house there were many, many cracked, chipped and very loose floor tiles with missing grout. The master deck has a beautiful

Disappointing

We rented this property for about 5 days as i was visiting the area with my family (my wife and i with four kids) - The check in process was horrible as no one contacted us in time. i was requesting chef services and i kept on asking for it, but no one ever got back to me until i was on a flight to LA the day of. Obviously, the chef never got set up. As we arrived in the house, there is NO cell phone connection there. The place is dark and it took us a day to get internet connection just to have some sort of cell connection. For me to communicate with the Property Manager i had to leave the house and go down from the mountain just to make calls. The second day, the power went off because it was a little windy in the area. So again, when the power went out, we had no cell connection and now no lights. The gate doesn't open to take the cars out, so i had to walk all the way down from the mountain just to communicate with someone - they told us the power will be back by Noon, however, we didn't have power the entire day. by 3pm, i had to go down again to check up on things since i don't have any cell reception, and NO ONE ever came by to check up on us. That is when i was informed the power is not going to come on until next day noon. that is when i requested to be relocated. So, we stayed here technically for only two days. Since we have gotten back, i have asked to see what the breakdown of my costs are, and still no one has responded after two days now

Amazing home

This home is literal perfection! Great location so close to PCH and Pepperdine with an amazing view of the pacific. Home was large enough for a huge group but still felt luxurious and comfortable. We had a great stay overall. Would definitely book this home again if we are back in the area.
