Welcome to Whispering Pines on beautiful Long Lake in Longville! Whether you’re interested in boating, fishing, swimming or simply lounging, this cabin is perfect for your escape. Relax in this clean and streamlined cabin which comfortably sleeps 6 adult guests (with 2 additional futons for more) and up to 3 small children using the included toddler bed, full size crib and pack ‘n play. Steps from the lake with dock access, you will enjoy nearly 8 miles of water with 20 feet of clarity.
The Space:
This recently renovated cabin features an open floor plan complete with a living room, kitchen with island and eating area. The main level includes a bedroom with full size bed plus a back area that includes a bathroom with shower, washer/dryer combo, large kitchen sink and dishwasher. There’s an upstairs loft for privacy which includes two full size beds.
Though the cabin is certainly enjoyable, the real treasure is being able to fully appreciate the great outdoors experience. You are encouraged to unwind at the patio table on the string-lit deck, eat dinner on a picnic table or strike up a fire in the pit (using your own wood). The views of the lake and peaceful sounds of nature are certain to make your trip to the MN Northwoods most memorable. You never know when you’ll see a Bald Eagle swoop down and snag a fish!
In just a few minutes’ drive, you’ll experience Longville’s charming main street which transforms into a mini-county fair for iconic Turtle Races. Enjoy this 50-year tradition on Wednesdays or treat yourself to some ice cream or new fishing tackle at the bait shop any day of the week.
Additional amenities include adult kayaks and paddle boards, kids kayaks, pedal boat, fish cleaning table, propane grill, beverage fridge, Bluetooth indoor/outdoor speakers, filtered water and space saver highchairs.
Please note there is no Wi-Fi, but the reception is good so bring your hotspot. The TV includes an HD antenna, ROKU stick for streaming and Blu-ray player.

You are welcome to tie up your boat on the dock. Please watch the weather each day.
Trash: The cabin does not have regular trash pickup. Trash pickup is on an “as needed” basis.
You have two options — (1) take your trash with you or (2) schedule a trash pickup with City Sanitary Service. If using City Sanitary Service, all your used trash bags must be placed in red garbage bags provided for you. Each red bag can fit about 3 to 4 regular trash bags.
Other Things to Note:
* All cancellations follow booking platform rules as outlined. Refunds do not include credit card processing fees, those are non-refundable.
* For non-Airbnb bookings, final charges will include credit card processing fee.
* This property allows a max of 2 dogs at a $50 fee per pet for the entire stay.
