It is located on the 1st floor without a lift. This delightful 60 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

The bedrooms are elegantly decorated, including two queen beds and a single one, all fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Lisbon is Portugal's coastal and mountainous capital. From the imposing São Jorge Castle, the view takes in the pastel-coloured buildings of the old town, the Tagus Estuary, and the 25 de Abril Bridge.

Here, you can explore the historical Castelo de S. Jorge, ride the iconic Santa Justa Lift, and admire the stunning Praça Luís de Camões. Lisbon Cathedral, Arco da Rua Augusta, and Museu Calouste Gulbenkian are popular attractions.

The Botanical Garden of Lisbon offers a serene sanctuary from the busy city for those looking for a peaceful escape. Lisbon is sure to provide an unforgettable experience for travellers of all kinds!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Arroios, is just a 6-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
