Estoril Beach House

The Estoril beach house is located 250 metres from Azarujinha beach and is situated in the locality of São João do Estoril, a very quiet residential neighbourhood with all kinds of shops and transport nearby. The house is located on one of the most iconic and bustling streets of the Estoril Coast, the famous Marginal, which runs from Cascais to Lisbon.



The entrance gate to the house opens onto a garden. This same gate is used by the neighbour next door to access their own garden. The garden in front of the house is for the exclusive use of guests.



The house has a comfortable living room with a seating area with sofas and TV with international channels, and a dining area for four people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your home-cooked meals. It has a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender and washing machine. It has crockery and cutlery. There is a toilet next to the kitchen.

The bedrooms can be connected as they have a door, but it can be closed making them completely autonomous. Both have independent entrances. One of the bedrooms has a double bed 160x200 and is an en-suite. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Note that access to this bathroom has to be made through the master bedroom. The other bedroom has two single beds 110x200. Guests have a designated outdoor space with a table and chairs to enjoy an al fresco mealsimply relax.

There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the house.

The house has heating and fans for your comfort all year round.

Cascais is 3.7km away, Estoril with its famous Casino is only 2km away. Within a 500-metre radius of the house you can find beaches, several restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, a pharmacy and the train and bus station. You couldn't choose a better location to enjoy the best that the Estoril Coast has to offer.

House rules:

- Smoking is not allowed in the house

- Pets are not allowed

- The house is not suitable for people with motor disabilities

- No noise allowed in the house between 7am and 10pm - Respect the neighbours

- Remove rubbish and switch off lights and equipment when not in use.

- Changing the position and location of furniture is not permitted.

- Loss of key - €100:

- Lock locked that requires technical intervention - the customer pays for the intervention

- Keys forgotten inside the house, requiring a new visit from the company - €25

- At check-in, you will be given a manual, follow the rules in it.



Check-in - Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. before 4 p.m. only if possible and at an extra cost of €30 late check-in after 8 p.m. will cost €30 late check-in after midnight will cost €50.

Check-out - Between 8am and 11am after 11am only if possible and will incur an extra charge of 30€ early check-out before 6am will incur a charge of 50€ early check-out before 8am will incur a charge of 30€.



Cascais Municipal Tax:

Cascais City Council charges a fee of €4 per night's stay per person aged 13 and over, with a maximum of €28 per person. This fee must be paid in cash at check-in.

Transfer from / to airport / flat: 55€ for up to 4 people.

Security deposit: 200 Euros in cash at check-in will be returned if the house is in the same condition as the guest found it on the day of arrival.
