This fantastic apartment is located in Cascais, in the parish of Alcabideche, in a very tranquil residential area, 3km from the excellent fine sand beaches of the Estoril Coast.

The apartment is located at the top of the building, and features a wonderful and spacious terrace that stands out as a perfect space for outdoor living moments, giving the sensation of being in a garden in the air.

The terrace has a dining table, a living area with sofas and loungers, and a barbecue, so you can fully enjoy your outdoor stay.

The building has an elevator and the accommodation has a garage.

The apartment is very spacious (155m2) and has three bedrooms with closets, two of them with private bathrooms. The other bedroom has a bathroom next to it. All rooms have a double bed and one of the suites also has a single bed. The kitchen is very well equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and juice machine, as well as dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils to prepare your home-cooked meals.

The living room has a living area with an LCD TV with international channels and a dining area.

There is Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment. All rooms have central heating.

In the neighborhood you can find cafes and restaurants 150 meters away, a supermarket 150 meters away, bus station 10 meters away, train station 3km away. 150 meters away is the "Vale da Amoreira Community Garden", an outdoor area with a children's playground and leisure areas. The Estoril Golf Club is 2km away and the Rata and Tamariz beaches are 3km away.

House rules:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment;

• Pets are not allowed without prior authorization;

• The apartment is not prepared for people with disabilities or reduced mobility;

• Noise is not allowed after 10:00 PM;

• Remove the trash and turn off the lights and equipment when not in use.

• It is not allowed to change the position and location of the furniture.

• Key loss - the guest pays for the lock change:

• Locked lock that requires technical intervention - the client pays for the intervention

• Forgetting keys inside the apartment, requiring a new company visit - 25 €

• At check-in, a manual will be delivered, follow the guidelines in it.



Check-in – Between 4 PM and 8 PM; before 4 PM only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; late check-in after 8 PM will have a cost of 30€; late check-in after midnight will have a cost of 50€.

Check-out – Between 8 AM and 11 AM; after 11 AM only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6 AM will have a cost of 50€; early check-out before 8 AM will have a cost of 30€.



Cascais Municipal Fee:

The Cascais City Council charges a fee of 4€ per night of stay per person from 13 years of age, with a maximum of 28€ per person. This fee must be paid in cash at check-in.



Extras:



Airport / home transfer: 55€ up to 4 people, 80€ up to 6 people.



Baby and children accessories: beds / bathtub / high chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;



Concierge: We offer personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include various services such as booking leisure or sports activities, restaurant reservations or catering services, babysitting, drivers, guided tours, among many others.



Security deposit: 200 Euros per reservation; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition as the guest found it on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred to the apartment or any of its furniture or equipment.
