At dusk, brilliant sunsets create colorful backdrops for evening entertainment. This newly renovated 4 bedroom property is located in the heart of the exclusive Terres Basses area and within a few minutes walk of the beautiful beach of Plum Bay.

All of the bedrooms have a King sized bed, a ceiling fan, A/C and a large en-suite bathroom.
The living area is air-conditioned and has the US satellite Television.
Outside the great room are spacious exterior areas for relaxing, dining al fresco and swimming. Inspired by the view’s shades of blue, the stunning custom pool. Surrounding the pool are plentiful spaces to lounge, relax and enjoy the view and sun.

The Lowlands are the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prunes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded, have public parking, but no services. Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way.
By car its about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.
