The garden is communal property and can only be used by the residents of the hall of residence. The flat: is located approx. 150 metres from the lake. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Access is via a field or forest track (asphalted, length 200 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport and on the property. When you arrive at the lakeshore in Molina di Ledro, follow the signs to Residence Belvedere. The private car park is located directly in front of the residence.

Central heating (gas). In the living room there is a wood-fired fireplace. Television reception is via cable, satellite. You can watch channels in Italian, German, English, etc.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to late August, 4 m x 7 m, 2 m deep). In the large communal courtyard of the residence, there is a swimming pool overlooking the splendid Lake Ledro and the surrounding mountains.
