Access Instructions

Upon arrival at Treetop Village, follow the signage to your designated unit, where you’ll enjoy self-check-in via a secure keyless entry system. Parking is available directly at the unit or in nearby designated guest spots. If you need assistance finding your unit or accessing amenities, our on-site Guest Service Center is available during business hours, and our 24/7 guest service team is always just a text or call away. There’s truly nothing like waking up in the treetops, and The Lakeview Nest delivers just that—peaceful forest and filtered lake views in every direction. This private home in the iconic Treetop Village offers two levels of comfort, nature, and convenience, with no stairs required to enter the main floor and two designated parking spaces just steps from the front door.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A daily pet fee and a signed pet agreement are required. Unauthorized pets will incur additional charges.

As you enter the home, you’re greeted with expansive 360-degree views of trees and the lake, bringing the outdoors in from every room. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and drip coffee maker—everything you need to enjoy meals at home.

The main floor bedroom includes a queen bed, closet, and a private en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, vanity, and toilet. The living room is warm and inviting with ample seating, and in the evenings, it transforms into a third sleeping area. A sliding door allows for privacy, and the sleeper sofa opens into a queen bed. There’s also a second full bathroom on the main level with a shower, vanity, and toilet.

Downstairs, you'll find a one-of-a-kind treehouse-style bedroom with a queen bed and breathtaking 180-degree views of the lake and surrounding forest. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

No Party Policy: Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A $25 daily pet fee and a signed pet agreement are required. Unauthorized pets will incur additional charges.

Parking: Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces. Please do not park in unmarked or restricted areas.

Community Rules: Located in the Village of Four Seasons, this home is part of a private residential community. All local rules are posted on-site and in the property guidebook, and must be followed at all times.

No Smoking or Vaping: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is allowed inside or outside the property. Any evidence of violation will result in a $500 fee for odor removal and cleaning.
