This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms and the casita.

Bedroom #1 includes king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a reading area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and twin-over-full bunk beds.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, the casita unit on the property includes a queen size bed, a full-size sleeper sofa, a mini fridge, a microwave, a Keurig, a fireplace, a table for 2, and a full bathroom with a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower.

This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• RV or boat parking is available for vehicles up to approximately 30 feet. The driveway can accommodate up to four cars and a boat or ATV trailer.
• Please note that the garage is strictly unavailable for guest use/access.
* No Smoking allowed in home nor on premises. If smoking is detected, a smoking penalty fee will be applied to your stay.
* No pets allowed. If a pet is detected, a pet fee will be applied of $250.
• This home is equipped with a noise and smoke monitoring system. Please note that the system does not record audio; it only monitors noise levels to ensure a comfortable environment for guests and neighbors.
• Pool heat is available for an additional $50 per day and is recommended during the winter months. The waterfall feature runs on a schedule only. No ability to use during your stay.
• This home is equipped with five (5) security cameras:
o 1, located at the entryway and actively monitoring the exterior entry
o 2, located over the garage and actively monitoring the exterior/driveway
o 3, located over the North side walkway and actively monitoring the gate/street
o 4, located on the South side and actively monitoring the solar/electric boxes
o 5, located at and actively monitoring the inside of the garage
