Inside, you'll find bright, contemporary styling, comfortable furnishings, and high-end amenities. The well-equipped, full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, while meals can be enjoyed together at the nearby table for six or outside on the furnished patio. Swim in your private pool/spa and soak up some sun! Play some bocce all framed by a gorgeous mountain backdrop, or enjoy the board games and a library for inside. With just a short walk to Old Town La Quinta Cove you can enjoy the weekend farmers markets and history of La Quinta proper.

Security camera details: There are four active security cameras on-site: Camera 1 - Located on left corner of garage, looks at the driveway only. Camera 2 - Located above front door, looking towards wall, away from pool area. Camera 3 - Located atop patio awning, pointing towards back driveway only. Camera 4 - Located on house's back wall, looking at pool equipment only.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A wonderful stay!

Great home and property. Excellent location. Lovely indoor and outdoor living. Would definitely go back.Just two things, the hot tub wasn’t working so be sure to ask. Also controls for temperature in the house were did not work well…very confusing.

Great neighborhood

Location for us was perfect. House was as described. Enough room and seating inside and more outside. Our only 2 issues (minor though it may be) the shower curtain in the small bathroom was too short and constantly blew out at you making it difficult to shower. The floors made my white socks very dirty on the bottom. We would rent again.

Wonderful home!

The house was even better than the listing. Well equipped, quiet and comfortable. It was a wonderful place to unwind for several days. My only negative was the property management. The check in was confusing and the communication was impersonal and sometimes rude.

Great house, but we had a problem.

When picking a house for my girl's trip we had a specific criteria, pool and a hot tub. This house had both with a great backyard. We were pleased with everything, but the hot tub did not work. This was one of our main reasons for booking the house. Communication with the property manager was a bit frustrating and I had to keep checking in with them. The final result was that no one could fix the hot tub until the day we were checking out. They gave me a $25 refund for the inconvenience and told me I was welcome.

Great place

Love the house but the yard is the best part by far. It’s super private and clean, exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t love that the pool guy and landscaping guys came onto the property without any notice, it would have been nice to know they typically come on xx day at least. There aren’t any blinds or curtains so although the big glass doors are beautiful and perfect when no one is able to come into the yard, it’s a little like a fish bowl when someone else is in the yard working. Anyway, I loved our stay and would absolutely come again.

Great Great Yard

The house is as pictured: simple and tasteful, but humble. But the yard is spectacular and private. Big corner lot. Great pool. Decent spa. But the privacy is first rate. The yard is huge. And the mountains fill the view in every direction in the backyard.

Clean, bright and airy. The backyard is stunning. Loved having ceiling fans and plenty of cookware. Outside grill needs maintenance as the flame does not come up from very low. We loved our stay and will book this property again

Great location terrible management and communication

Despite having an email confirmation from a Vacasa representative regarding our pool heat when we arrived to the property the pool was not heated. The hot tub was broken upon arrival, with a filter error and the filter at the bottom of the hotbtub. According to the property summary the pool is supposed to be maintained on Thursday, however, this was clearly not the case as we arrived on Thursday afternoon to a broken hot tub. The pool deck is in desperate need of repairs. The stucco surface coating on the pool deck is cracked and lifting leaving pieces of stucco everywhere all over our feet. The outside space is otherwise beautiful with great outdoor seating, the outdoor carpet is in need of cleaning or replacement. Communication with the management company was very frustrating. After calling to voice my concerns about the pool heat I was asked to forward the email confirming that I had paid for pool heat…however, have yet to hear a response from Vicasa. Our electronic door lock also stopped working on the second day. It took several hours for someone to arrive to fix it, thank goodness he did as he also fixed the hot tub for us. I would never rent or recommend a property managed by Vicasa. The house was very clean on the inside, just a shame about the hot tub and pool. Thank goodness for the maintenance guy who came to fix the door lock who also took care of the hot tub for us.

January Stay

The Roku TV spent most time while on the Spectrum app buffering the content, watching the NFL difficult. The outdoor grill never got above 400 degrees, bbq ing was difficult. The master bedroom bed topper was very uneven. All else was very good.

Wonderful Oasis in the Desert

We spent 4 wonderful nights at this property in late December. The place was exactly as described (or even better). The space was perfectly laid out for our family of 4 (2 Teenagers). We loved lounging by the pool and hot tub, playing endless games of bocce ball and enjoying the views of the surrounding mountains. The place was clean and very well stocked. It was close to Old Town La Quinta where we enjoyed a number of great restaurants. If you're considering the La Quinta area for a vacation you'd be hard pressed to find a better option than this house.

Comfortable, beautiful home

This home was perfect for our stay with our family and friends. The layout of the house was perfect and the house had everything needed and more with Bose speaker, sanitizer, plenty of towels, robes, complimentary bath toiletries, pool floats and even bikes and the house was very clean. When we arrived the house was already cool with the a/c on which was nice. The hone is on a corner lot and the yard was beautiful and manicured. Our dog enjoyed walking around the yard and laying on the grass. We loved the pool and hot tub. The only issue was that the hot tub needed a new filter and wouldn’t turn on 2 of our 3 days stay. We called the management company and they said we would receive a credit for the hot tub charges, but we were bummed we couldn’t use it at night. The beds were comfortable in each room but 2 of the bedrooms were too warm and the air vents didn’t seem to work as well as the master bedroom. And the kid’s room would be better suited as another adult bedroom with a queen bed instead of 2 bunk beds, as they plan to do. That is my only complaint. We will definitely stay again once the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, as I have no children. Love this house!
