The Space:
Kariss I’s spacious living room is bathed in light thanks to large windows with white, transparent curtains. The interior exudes a fresh, hip and trendy feel. A round dining table invites you to enjoy a delicious meal or an aperitif together after a day at the sea.

The fully equipped kitchen catches the eye with trendy peach-colored kitchen cabinets. Amenities such as a toaster, kettle, dishwasher and combination oven make it easy to prepare any meal.

Kariss I features two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom is spacious and equipped with a double bed and ample closet space. The second bedroom offers a double bed and a bunk bed, ideal for families with children, and gives access to a separate terrace. Upon arrival, all beds are made for you.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a single sink, stylishly continuing the peach-colored accents of the kitchen. A separate toilet is also provided for added comfort.

Kariss I is the perfect place to relax after a day at the Belgian coast. Thanks to its prime location in Koksijde, stores, restaurants and the beach are all within walking distance.

* Good to know: The vacation apartment Kariss II above Kariss I also accommodates 6 guests. When both apartments are available simultaneously, they can be rented together for up to 12 people - ideal for larger parties or two families who want to vacation together.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
