This modern 4-bedroom house that has everything you need for your Kansas City
trip. The home is close enough to all of the fun Kansas City has to offer (20
min drive) while being located in a quiet, serene city with a great suburban
feel.
Our home offers everything you need to have an incredible vacation, from a
game room, an outdoor patio and fire pit, two decks to lounge on, and a great
projector to watch any movie you’d like. The kitchen comes stocked with
anything you need to cook up a big meal.

**House Rules**
\- NO SHOES INSIDE PLEASE
\- Due to allergies, no cats allowed.
\- No loud music or loud noises outside
\- Quiet time from 9PM to 9AM
\- Park either in the circle drive or driveway in front of the garage doors
\- No smoking in the house (smoking of cigarettes are allowed outside the
house. Vaping is allowed if it's odorless-if it smells like weed or cigs,
don't smoke it in the house)
\- In winter time, please park in the front circle drive. Your car will not
make it down the driveway. The cul-de-sac is also open if you need to park on
the street.
\- Dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per dog, per
stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. As much as we love cats, we do not
allow cats or any other animals aside from dogs at our property.
\- Pick up after dog (there are doggy bags downstairs)
\- Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late
check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am, so long as there is not a reservation
booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in
advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.
-Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
